Don’t order from here on bardstown road because I order pizza at 11:37 pm they close at 12 am and it was February 5 and it was a block away from my house to be delivered and they canceled and I had a tip and everything this papa John’s needs new mangers and the owners of the store has to do better come on

The service twice from the same order taker has been awful. She has given wrong info twice and has been very rude. I've gone into the store to ask about this and her info is wrong. I canceled each time. When I asked for her manager she transferred me back to the local branch. The person taking the order was taking it from a call center so there isn't a way to contact the center to complain directly. It's unfortunate the local branch gets this rating, but it has to go somewhere if Papa John's really wants to improve their service.

I called and got ahold of the actual store on Bardstown rd( Louisvillee Ky) to order some delivery. The man on the phone was the MOST unprofessional person I've ever ran across. He acted like he was disgusted that he had to take an order. So much so that I apologize to him for even getting him instead of the call center.?? I'm a nice person but in saying that I will do something only a Karen would do. I'm gonna call corporate. He should not be working at a job that involves human interaction.
After placing an online order i forgot our dipping sauces. Called the store to have them added and the customer service was great. Food came shortly after with my extra stuff. Great job

ordered delivery, pizza delivered exactly on time,was piping hot,driver was courteous and professional, most important, the pizza WAS DELICIOUS, great toopings,plus I DIDN'T waste time navigating the app ( nightmares using Domino's)I called "old style" using my phone,took 2minutes.. the garlic parmesan sausage and peppers pizza was top shelf. excelsior!!??

Why is it sooooo hard for Papa Johns to read what type of sauce you want with the order? I just don't understand. And this is even after the order last week where I made them make a separate delivery of all the sauces they robbed me of the last 5 deliveries. Smh.
