Excellent. The young people work so hard and smile with a line a mile long. Always good.

I was the first customer in the store placed my order. Three more people came in behind me and made their orders. They got their orders a total of four pizzas before I got mine. When my pizzas were finally ready 30 minutes later one of my pizzas was the wrong pizza so I had to wait even longer while they made the right one. So I asked if they were going to throw away the pizza that was wrong or if I could take it for the massive disrespect and inconvenience they caused me. Charles told me it was at his discretion to do whatever he wanted to do with the pizza and that he was gonna take it home and eat it. Did he do that to me on purpose for a free pizza for himself. Not to mention, I paid $32 for a large chicken pizza and a medium pepperoni that I still have to cook. This is more expensive than the papajohns right down the street from them. I will never go to this place again why would I pay more for pizza I have to cook. I was under the impression it was cheaper. The average cost is $20 for a large uncooked pizza. Save yourself the trouble and get delivery from somewhere else you will save money this is not budget friendly and the customer service is non existent. I have attached photos of the pizzas and the receipt so you can judge for yourself if you wanna take the risk with your hard earned money.

Great pizza... however, these idiots had one person working the counter on a Friday. Very very slow.

Don't get me wrong, the pizza is great, and I love having my pizza loaded up, but y'all load it to the point the dough don't even want to bake right with the directions. And then on the cheaper budget pizzas, the dough is so thin in spots the topping is just sitting on the pan with nothing under it. So those of us who want to slide it off onto the rack so we aren't eating floppy pizza, can't do so. The dough is ALWAYS floppy when baked fully on the paper pan given, even if the pizza is done. Also, every time I bake a pizza from here, I have to cover my oven rack with aluminum, because if I don't, toppings run out over the edge, into the oven and burns.Pizza pictured is The Tai Chicken pizza (that we actually got 2 less toppings), baked at 450 instead of 425 and for way longer than they tell you to, and it literally just flops over itself like dough... And it isn't our oven. The oven does just fine with everything else. The one piece flopped when I picked it up and half the toppings fell completely off.

I eat a lot of Papa Murphy's. Probably too much if I am being honest. I am going to be avoiding this location in the future, it is not worth the convenience. 3/3 subpar trips. The one on Dixie is consistently WAY better.

Ordered a Papa's Favorite and we were given a Cowboy. The crust was tough, and flavor just wasn't good. I ordered online and when I picked it up, the employee was rude. I probably won't get a pizza here again.

Patiently waited for an order while staff was too busy chatting with friends and listening to air pods only to discover it had been ready the entire time I had been there. Very frustrating. Was a weekly regular. Won't return after waiting in a packed lobby with other frustrated customers while the employees chatted away with no recognition of people's time versus their social time.

Literally the nicest people working here. I always feel overwhelmed ordering, but they make me feel a little less stupid.Pizzas are great too!

I imagine its tough to find help but today you lost a regular customer. Rude to the point where I contemplated punching him. So, I was spending $40 a month at this location over the last 3-years. No more.

Take and bake pizzas are a great alternative to delivery and even eat in pizza places. I really love that you can get other items here as well like a Caesar salad, cheese bread, and even dessert. You can really tell the people who work at the Fern Creek location really care and take pride about the product they serve. The dark brown hair young lady that works there every day always greets everyone who walks in the door with a smile. You can tell she is just happy to be there and makes you feel like you're really welcomed.I like the flow of this store. It makes it easy to come in order and watch your pizza being made right in front of you, and then wrapped up at the end of the line hand it to you by the smiling young lady. The lobby is always clean and smells like fresh ingredients. The soda cooler is well stocked with a great variety. We love this place one of the best franchises in Louisville. In our opinion go try it yourself you'll enjoy it.

Pretty cool concept on baking pizza on your own. Pizza is pretty good. If you prefer to bake your own pizza, then this place is for you.

Great employees! I ordered a buffalo chicken pizza without knowing the ingredients since I quickly glanced at the poster advertising for them. I should have inspected it better since there's bacon on it (something my husband can't eat due to religious restrictions). I told the employee I couldn't accept it, but she was very kind and remade the buffalo chicken sans bacon. I really appreciate her politeness and professionalism for my mistake. I'll be more careful ordering food in the future. But kudos to this store for helping me out! I appreciate it.
