Been here a couple of times and the service and food is always good. Penn station in general are a little high for what you get but they are good subs and fries.

I ordered a Philly with double meat to go but when I got home the sandwich did not have the double meat that I paid for plus I found the fries to be just barely warm I will not be back.

Placed an online order 45 minutes before they closed and I walk in to pick up my order and apparently they were already cleaning up and I was being a burden to that process.. Unprofessional and lazy to say the least. Nasty attitude

Haven't been to PS since my five year old passed away from brain cancer, PS was her favorite place to eat after chemo and radiation. When I teared up while ordering the staff embraced me and said our meal was on them. Can't say how much means to me and my son after everything we have been through. They didn't have to do that but saw I was struggling. Thank you for your compassion today.

Thank you Rachael owens for the leaving this review. My employee had been wondering how to identify who hit their parked vehicle as they WATCHED your boyfriend attempt to park next to theirs repeatedly until finally scratching their car. Good thing we have security footage and now a name.
