Owner should fire the employees on shift today. Review your camera feed around 5:15pm- 5:25 pm. I ordered my food with 2x extra cheese, right before they gave me my food I overheard the kid who said he was the manager say do you think he’ll even notice. So when I got my food I took it to my car to check it. 1 sandwich was right, the other sandwich had no cheese at all. So I took my food in and asked for a refund. The manager called me a liar and said he put 7 slices of cheese on both, even though I could show him the one had no cheese. Then refused to refund all my money because nothing else was wrong with the food. Terrible business ethics, terrible attitude. I eat here often, but I won’t be returning. I recommend anyone who does eat here to read this review and think again, because if these kids are willing to do this for fun, I’d hate to imagine what they are doing to other people’s food for fun. I hope the owner cares enough about their business to actually do something about this.

All of the workers are not wearing hairnets! I don’t actually care about that, but yeah. Anyways, I made a lovely concoction of Diet Dr Pepsi and Fruit punch, try it sometime. The fries are kinda burnt, but my friend likes them, and I like her. My sandwich was good, maybe a little chewy. They have cool jars that I tried to barter for, but they refused. Kids these days don’t know how to trade like real business men. If one of you could, please try to steal a scoop of banana peppers out of one of the jars

Good sandwich. Always our first sub choice because of the fries. Just so pricey for a take out meal. Still, they never disappoint us when we splurge. They are consistently above average.

Ordered a double meat club large. Sandwich came with 2 slices ham and 2 slices turkey on whole grain bread. No extra meat, no bacon, no lettuce/tomato and no mayo. All for $22. So disappointed. Threw it away and ordered firehouse and they got it

Worst made sub ever. We both got wraps. Neither had any toppings. Nor were we asked if we wanted any. They were dry and tasteless , and we waited 20 minutes in the store to have them made. We were the only ones in there. Won't be going back. Guess it will be subway from now on

Waited around for 15 minutes with only 2 other people in the store. When I asked when my food would be ready they told me they didn't make it because they were out of Pepperoni. Really? Couldn't have told me before making me wait around?

First visit. I will be back ! Order was wrong as I am about the only person that doesn't do cheese on a cheese steak. But they remade it quickly and perfect. The fries were worth the cheat day. LoLGood food. Little costly but the flavor makes it a solid pick. Bread had no flavor and was not fresh or appeared to be frozen at some point. Otherwise solid meal.

Chicken Teriyaki was delicious. Restaurant was clean. Went after the lunch rush. So, wasn't very busy. Service was super fast. Went with my daughter. She paid for us both. So, I'm guessing at the price for us both to eat.Parking: Plenty of parking. It's in a strip of stores. Kroger being one of them.

$57 bucks for two sandwiches, a small and a fry. I had to ask where my meat was!! She said that was standard for portions but she gave me some more. Ridiculous prices!!!!! I can go to a sit down, nice restaurant and pay less. Never going to a Penn station again. Employees were nice but, nope. Not worth the cost!

I went in right when the lunch rush started on 6/23/23. Several people in front of me, several people behind me. There were only two people working in the entire place. Both employees were very professional and very polite. Both were working their butts off and did an excellent job.

The cost is a bit high. I have added it to my list of 'every once in a while' places due to cost. Good subs though.
