Apparently they can not listen to what a customer orders. Forgot to put in the order properly. They didn’t even bother to cut the sandwiches in half so they could be eaten. Apparently 2 regular sandwiches are $27.00 cause they told us they forgot to charge us for our fries. This location sucks.

Terrible treatment of order pickers. Long wait and bad behavior of your employees.

I remember Penn Station being a favorite chain of mine, however the quality has kept falling. This dagwood sub was being all it could be, and the staff was very good. But it was not worth walking up there today.Maybe they forgot the meat, but there were trace amounts in there.I am also eager to get the rubber-stamp message... wait for it-

takes forever, costs an arm and a leg, employees look like they want you dead, and the guy taking my order made a face when i told him my name. but they make a damn good sandwich and nothing hits quite like a penn station cookie.

This place was slow as heck. 1 customer ahead of me and it took the 3 employees working over 20 minutes to make 1 sandwich. It was clean inside and food was ok but I was so hungry by the time it came out I barely tasted it. Won't be back.

"Unfortunately, my recent experience with Penn Station East Coast Subs was extremely disappointing. The sandwich I ordered arrived with an empty bread, which was quite frustrating. I would caution others to consider ordering in person to ensure the quality of their order. It's essential to receive the value expected, especially when working hard for one's money."

Had a grub hub order. Sandwich was wrong. Called and “manager” said to contact Grubhub and to “not get smart” with her. Worst customer service ever. Got my sandwich refunded by Grubhub but still hungry. Highly recommend new management if they want to stay in business because I will be telling EVERYONE about the shoddy customer service. They’re overpriced anyway.

There was a pile of coupons at the register and I was told they do not accept coupons. I would not recommend.

I know it is of course not the employee’s fault for the pricing, but if I am paying $20 for a wrap, fries and a drink, I would expect my wrap to be cut in the middle and wrapped properly as to not fall apart. There were virtually no other customers in the store and they could have taken the time to do it properly. If you’re going to charge so much for lunch, give your workers a raise so they prepare my food better
