I had to go to the store to order pizza. Because they're customer service. Departmenthas attached my credit card twice for money and I had to get my money back from the bank and Pizza Hut. Will not answer their phone so unless I go up there and order it and wait for it. I cannot use delivery.Twice twice their customer service place when you call an order pizza. Food was excellant

Awesome place great people amazing energy great food awesome people amazing greeting and goodbyes its like a family their and they treat you as your one of them they got another pefect score from the health department a 99% once again they definitely take care of that place as it was their own home you can tell their alot of tears and drive and love put into the place definitely would recommend anyone going here especially the kiddos guy with the tattoos always surprises everyone its sad how everyone thinks he a bad guy cause his appearance but all in all hes an amazing person and ive seen it in person hes also a dad himself and he does everything he can fir that little boy of his so please dont look at him any dufferent then you would anyone else awesome person funny guy

Put in a order at 9:55 waited until 10:55 called them they didn't answer the phone called the company phone they said it was canceled they didn't even call to till us it was canceled waited all that time for nothing

The past few times I’ve ordered from this location they have messed up or forgot part of my order. Food is good but their service is far from great. This time the manager was vaping in the lobby and picking at his eye and then went right back to preparing food. I only noticed because I was waiting in the lobby because they forgot pet of my order and I had to wait on them to prepare the rest of my order. The same guy and blonde girl working there was talking about black people and being pretty racist. I asked to speak to the manager because it was gross and they brought him out. Needless to say I filed complaints with the health department and that’s just disgusting. I wish I had the number to the general manager. Wash your damn hands! It’s the man in there with face tattoos, didn’t catch his name.

We ordered through the app called to verify the order was present and accurate. We were then informed they didn’t have any delivery drivers!!!! And also that they needed 2 dollars and change to complete the purchase!!! I looked on my bank account and they took the full amount for the order!!! They stated DoorDash was going to be delivering our order and I’m pretty sure that the 2.$$ was for the delivery fee for DoorDash!!! But we ordered through there app and I’m not willing to pay a delivery fee when I ordered directly from them this place is horrible!!!!! It’s not our fault they don’t have drivers!!!!!!!

We ordered a pizza and went to pick it up, the drive thru gave us the wrong pizza, we had already driven all the way home when we found out. We tried calling the restaurant just for them to not be taking calls at the moment and the call just kept getting forwarded to a call center. In the call center I was transferred 5 times , and no one could help me. All I wanted was the pizza that I ordered. My husband takes the pizza back to the restaurant and they remake our order. At this point it was over an hour since we originally placed our order. They said there was nothing they could do but remake our pizza, because it already costed them to remake it. It costed us gas to drive back up to the restaurant for the pizza we ordered originally!! This place is a joke. We will not be going back. Go to papa johns down the street!!

I went back still pouring rain manager said I will comp your next pizzas guess what they didn't do. Yeah won't patronize your business again.
