Pizza Hut's newest menu has added some new items. I was never keen on Pizza Hut's past cardboard crusts. But recently a new New York thick crust and stuffed crust additions have resurrected the Pizza Hut brand, in my eyes! Check out the brands stock! Stocks don't lie.Vegetarian options: Mushroom pizza is my favorite. The usual options of green pepper, onion, pepperocini, tomatoes and of course ?. Oh so many choices!Parking: Parking is never a problem due to the quick, friendly service. Cars are in and out in a split second with more to spare!Kid-friendliness: They are always especially friendly whenever I have had children with me.Wheelchair accessibility: They are wheelchair friendly!
Ordered drinks. Did not get. Tried calling no one picked up. Couldn't even send an email due to app keep going session timid

Forced to order using an app that doesn’t work properly. The app told me I could order free breadsticks but kept adding the price next to them. When I went to the store to ask if they could still honor it they told me to remove items from my cart if I wanted it to be cheaper. That doesn’t change that if it says it free and I add it to my cart it should be free. The most useless lifeless employees offered no solution and I simply went to Kroger a few doors down and got a freezer pizza instead.

Terrible costumer service .I passed by and bought two pizzas and waited outside . Had my hand on the car that was parked in front of the store and the register guy (Lamarrius ) came out and told us to get off his car like if we would scratch it or something . That was disrespectful I felt completely offended by that action never coming back to this store . ??

ordered for pickup at shelbyville rd and the order was switched to brownsboro rd. Shelbyville had no record of the order. i went home and looked at the receipt showing the switch then. i felt sorry for the manager at shelbyville as he tried repeatedly to find my order during a very busy period before the louisville football game. i then after viewing my receipt sas the switch and went to brownsboro. 46 dollar worth of pizza. they put pineapple on my wife's pizza which she does not like absolutely. of course this flavored her pizza and after a couple of bites, ate a ham sandwich instead. also they mixed up the ingredients additionally, putting some of her choices on mine and some of my choices on hers. what a sad situation. You no longer talk to a person, having to order online is my experience. In talking with our clients, those that eat pizza, once enjoyed the pizza hut experience, but having noticed a declination in service, seek other pizza places. I like pizza hut pizza, the thin crust exceptional for us, but this experience has caused us to rethink our choices. Most sad. My wife says MBA's have destroyed the customer experience and respect and value for, by corporate greed over product/service quality.

The quality of my food I'd not bad at this location but there's an older white lady there who rubs me the wrong way. It's always something with her and just recently I placed 2 orders for personal pan pizzas online. They were free from the bookit program but she had the nerve to ask my husband how we were getting the pizzas. He said that he didn't know because I placed the orders. Mam, it's none of your business. These orders were placed online. In addition, last year when I went to pick up my pizzas she said that I'm actually supposed to bring the kid in because they're supposed to congratulate them. Mam, you're the only one who is questioning us about a free personal pan pizza. That's very frustrating?
