I ordered a large super supreme pizza and a half cheese and half meat lovers pizza. I got a supreme, which was missing the black olives and the ham. They didn't give me an apology or any kind of solution. So I take the wrong pizza or wait 40 minutes for a new one to be made and then my other pizza would be cold. But truly they didn't offer any solutions, NONE.

So there was a long drive in so I went in to get my food. Stood there for 10 minute while 3 employee saw me acknowledge I was there with a nod or gesture but they did not actually come to help me. The employee that did help me had problem finding my orders and I had to go get both confirmation numbers both meals where right by each. She was kind and the food was good. The operation is rough and the interior was not in great shape.

I usually order from other pizzerias, decided to try a classic that we haven't ordered from in awhile. Pamela took my order & was absolutely wonderful!! She was very patient even when I added a dessert to the order (I had no clue exactly what I wanted) so many desert options to choose from. She recommended me her favorite & I'm so excited to try it!! I'm writing this review in real time because I was so amazed at her professionalism during a time in this world when you meet someone genuinely kind who made you feel great they deserve to know it so I told her personally before I was finished placing my order. Now I'm telling anyone who reads reviews (like I do) if you want to order some place least complicated & has great service order from here.

Oh how the times can change. Used to be really nice people who worked here. They used to help me when I was down on my luc and was starving. Now the person who is working there is rude to anyone that appears is homeless telling me I wasn't allowed on the property and that the homeless wasn't allowed and they aren't serving them anymore. Promptly told me to leave the property or the police would be there. That is no way to act towards potential customers. They were rude to me because I look like I'm homeless that is stereotyping and illegal to treat people with that kind of disrespect.

I don't know why, but I spent 43 dollars for two pizzas .very
The food took an hour and a half to get here, delivery guy spoke zero english but through google translate on his phone I think said I hadn't paid for it even though I had a receipt and a deduction on my card, then when I tried to call the store to see what was up I was hung up on 3 times before giving up.

This location is slipping on their deliveries. I get their understaffed but to have delivery drivers that are still showing up, lie about giving a part of your order away to prior deliveries.

I love Pizza Hut when I am craving stuffed crust pizza, which I did order today. Unfortunately I received a hand tossed crust pizza and was very disappointed. I tried to call this location 3 times but had no success. Pizza Hut is unfortunately inconsistent by location. It all depends on the owner and manager and unfortunately this location does not meet the Pizza Hut standards.

Ordered online but didn’t get an update, the doors are closed but no signs directing people to the drive through. Nobody picks up the phone, several cars waiting outside confused about their order. Didn’t even cut the bread sticks. Just terrible customer service, the food is predictable.
