This store has left garlic knots off my delivery order 4 times now. FOUR TIMES!! I don't know what their problem is with garlic knots and why they cannot check orders before they leave the store. Why is that so hard?? What's more frustrating is that I've been trying h to contact the store for an hour and they wont answer the phone. Now it's 11:45 pm and they conveniently took their phones off the hook. I will be contacting corporate in the morning because this is ridiculous. I'm tired if paying for food and not getting it!!!

I got the dinner box I got a bacon kind but they gave me ham garlic Parmesan and I got honey bbq they only was the breadsticks their rude customer service wish they could have done better.

customer service was amazing. The manager in charge, Telesha, was a perfect example of somebody doing their job perfectly and going above and beyond to make their customers feel appreciated. I wish all managers were like her in their approach to customer service. This was at the 7th Street store in Louisville KY

Burnt pizza, cold food, breadsticks with no seasoning, watered down tomato sauce, customer service pathetic. 3rd time I’ve been to this location, always a problem. Other locations not much better. Done with Pizza Hut. Not worth it, even for cheap food.
