Best made burrito I've ever had at a Qdoba. Young man put in effort to get it perfect....which seems to be rare at Qdoba in my area. Chicken was perfect, not overcooked. Only knock was the place was very smokey. They had the doors open trying to air it out.

I'd marry a man for less, but alas.Anyhow, this is another location in a chain that has made fresh-served Mexican* food a staple in the American diet.Neither inexpensive nor cost-prohibitive, this group hits that middle demographic decidedly well.*I know it's about as authentic as the old, "let's hangout soon" bit, but I'd no better word. I'm open to suggestion.
First time at this location. The girl on the 2nd part of the line was just throwing the food in the bowl as if she didnt have a care and not listening yo what i asking her to put in it and then was getting things mixed up when it was time to pay as i only had one bowl not two.

The folks at this location are incredible, they take the time to get the order right for every customer. I have a very picky eater and they made sure she received exactly what she wanted... Best experience ive had a at DOBA,no ice in the fountain but there was only two ppl and they were hard at work creating some of the best lookin Americanized latin food from a chain restaurant, and they had a super clever and slick tips game ....id want those two ppl on my line, looks its QUDOBA you know what your in for it can get super busy there but , BUT this one knows how to keep that line movin that sweet hot chicken the the jam

By far the worst qdoba experience I’ve ever had. The line took a while but was expected during dinner time hours. I asked for an extra scoop of chicken and they responded with “we do 2 anyways.” Not wanting to argue I just let it be knowing they were doing it wrong. I move down the line a little and ask for chips and queso. The queso wasn’t full which was whatever but the single half scoop of chips I got was unacceptable. The lady working the register was more worried about what ice cream she was getting from the neighbors in their food swap.. Never will I be eating at this Qdoba again. This is the worst one in Louisville.

Two ladies on the line looked tired and overworked. Everything on the line was mostly out or needed refilled. Ordered tortilla soup and the fried bowl was greasy. My husband was served stale chips. We had better service and food here in the past but management seems to have failed these ladies during a busy Saturday.
