After we got the bill, the manager informed us there was a new charge that I've never had before. Refused to take it off even though they did not inform me beforehand. They lost a long time customer over $1.29. Very poor customer service. Guess that's why the restaurant was deserted. Also, we were told the ribs were excellent but after ordering them the waitress came back to tell us they didn't even have them.
This Red Robin location is pretty decent. Our server was pretty good but we had to ask a couple times for refills. Food was hot and fresh. Overall good experience.

Brings back fond memories of when my daughter was a little girl every time I enter Red Robin! We were seated immediately; and our server, Gerald, was quick to greet us. He took our drink orders, and allowed us time to review the menu. When I asked to alter a burger to make it one offered years ago, he was very accommodating. Both burgers were cooked to perfection! The manager, Mary Ann, was checking on tables to ensure everyone was enjoying their meals. She spent some time chatting with us, and made us feel welcome at the restaurant. She even walked a small child from another table to the hostess table to pick a balloon, and returned a happy little boy to his table! Hoping our grandchildren will visit us this Summer so we can take them - they’re both fans of kid meals at Res Robin!
One of my kids favorite places to go, my favorite place to go for a fat juicy burger, and it’s conveniently located right off the Gene Snyder so quick access for me coming from La Grange!Kid-friendliness: They give them coloring kits, balloons, and the kids are obsessed with their corn dogs (to me, they are like any other corn dog but not to them!)
What was not to love. Food. Great. Host. Awesome. Waiter. Spot on ! It was just amazing. I will be back.Read the tables. They are hysterical. Little metal sign on ends. 80)

Empty resturaunt. Hostess went to seat us (3) in the bar area and the African American male who I assume was bartending shook his head "no" right in front of us. The hostess laughed and then redirected us to the back corner booth closest to the bathroom..fine. Then I ordered my scorpion burger with the scorpion sauce on the side and the cook had an issue with it because we could hear the kitchen and wait staff talking about it on the expo line like it was an inconvenience. Also, my burger was sent back because I ordered it cooked well done and recieved a burger with bright pink center. Didn't make new but took the cut in half patty off my plate and cooked it more to return it on a rock solid bun. The issue is that nobody wants to do their job correctly in this establishment. Weird to assume anybody would these days.

We had to keep asking our server for silverware, napkins, refills...we tried 4 different ketchup bottles before we got one that actually had ketchup. Paying our bill was a nightmare in those stupid machines.

Side salad came out with the burger and fries instead of before. Never was asked if I wanted a drink refill. The Red Robin burger was great but fries lost their crispness since I had to eat my salad first.
