We have extensive experience in Restaurant Operations and found her to be very knowledgeable and went out of her way to make our experience unforgettable. My husband and I dined here earlier this week and had Jewel as our server. She was such a great server and was so sweet! Food was delish. I ended up having a bad oyster and they not only replaced it but gave us 1 extra. Very nice touch. Would dine here again!

We had an absolutely horrendous experience trying to organize a dinner party at this place. Initially, we were confirmed for a party of 24 at 5:00pm on a Sunday (by "James"); then we were given a verbal approval for 4:30 pm when added more guests (from 16 to 30, including small children). Despite leaving countless messages to confirm, we finally reached the event coordinator, "Courtney", who did not gave us any options, she was very unprofessional, so we had to canceled our reservation. She even had the audacity to offer 8 pm instead, which was way too late for our young guests, - which she knew, that is why we wanted 5pm.The utter lack of professionalism, empathy (it was my wife's birthday celebration, for crying out loud!), and customer service left us seething. Despite the so-called decent food, it's simply not worth it. There are plenty of better places more deserving of our hard-earned money. I wouldn't recommend this place! In a last-ditch effort, we called another restaurant, explained our plight, and in less than 20 minutes, they graciously accommodated all of us. That's how customer service should be done!

Loved the atmosphere here, my family decided to come here and treat us as a wedding gift. They were under the impression they had a wider variety if seafood which seem to be majority cold seafood depending on the hour. Drinks were great, and a little pricy but paying for the ambience as well.

We decided to have my brother’s bachelor party dinner at River House this past Friday evening and it proved to be an amazing choice. From the time we walked in the hostess’, manager and wait staff provided top notch service and did a great job at making my brother feel like a superstar. Food was also incredible!
