This classic restaurant is located on the 16th floor of the building with a panoramic view of the city. Which we chose to celebrate the last day of the year, even our experience was pleasant, there were some details that we did not expect. As for the menu, they have various cuts of meats, seafood and fish, as well as side dishes with an excellent flavor; although it should be noted that perhaps because of the mode of preparation and service, the presentations looked a little dirty and neglected. The attention of the service was acceptable in general, although it is worth highlighting the little patience of some person at the time of attending to the diners. Our expectations were higher. Service was great, food was great, as to be expected. Only complaint is for a high end restaurant the place is trashed. The seats are tore up, tables damaged, Windows filthy, building dated and ran down. I was appaled at spending over $200 for dinner and the seats were tore up like a booth at Dennys.

Really special place for Louisville. The building is a special landmark in the east end. The steaks are good, and the service is good. We just really lack fine dining in Louisville. We had Lilly's. We still have Le Relais, a good experience but not a steak place. We still have Jack Fry's. That too, like Le Relais, is an institution, and they serve some great food in great atmospheres. If you have poor service at any of these places, you're just unlucky that evening. Louisville has some of the most pleasant and attentive service in the country. But if you want a good steak in Louisville, you go to Le Moo. Great ribeyes, and an awesome Tomahawk. The meat quality is a little better than Ruth's. If they both use the same distributor for steaks...? Meh, Forgive me. Here's the thing, Le Moo doesn't leave my palette coated with seasoning and salt. Most restaurant fare is loaded with unnecessary flavor enhancers. I'm not saying any I've mentioned here use them, and I am not making such a claim. My claim is that, in many Louisville restaurants, many dishes taste overly salted.

Excellent food, pleasant and efficient staff that goes above and beyond to make the dining experience enjoyable. Would recommend to anyone looking for an excellent steak or seafood dish and of course wonderful appetizers and side dishes.

Our party had a great time due to our server, Christopher. He ensured our young guests who recently got engaged to have a perfect memorable moment to mark the beginning of their life. Note - We made a reservation and added note to advise the maitre de that our party was there for a special occasion, but we were showed to a table in a corner and blocked view, part of the roof top experience of the restaurant. We have to remind her upon waiting for her to return after she disappeared promptly without ensuring that we were happy with the arrangement. Otherwise, we would have a perfect experience.

It was An amazing time. The food was amazing we were sat right at our reservation time. Saved room for desert that hit the spot. The service was quick and friendly it was a great time

We were on time for our reservation, however, had to stand in the lobby for 20 minutes to wait for a table took over 15 minutes for a server to come around and take drink orders. Our food showed up approximately 45 minutes after we ordered it our appetizer never showed up. They canceled it for us after our food showed up overall experience was very disappointing. You spent $300 on the meal you expect the service to at least be good to at least get the food that you ordered.

Overall was a great dining experience. There was an issue seating us at first. We waited 25mins. past our reservation time before being seated. This was a continuing issue with other patrons as well. Food was excellent except for the Lobster Bisque. It was awful and should not be served at any restaurant. Again, overall a great dining experience except the wait and the Lobster Bisque.

Very disappointed in this visit. We visit here for all of our birthdays and anniversaries and I had noticed a decline in food quality and service but this visit was probably the last. I orders my favorite Ruth's chop salad and it was dry and the lettuce seemed wilted. Steak was delightful as usual but the baked potato was almost cold, not warm enough to melt the butter. My husband got a dessert for his bday but we were not even offered a dessert menu or asked if we wanted anything at all. When my husbands dessert was delivered the server knocked water over and we were soaked. Waste of money and time. I will not be back

Everything is always above and beyond here! Came for my dad's 70th birthday where Garth and Bobby made us all feel so attended to and loved. There's good service and there's the next tier that we always receive at Ruth's. The food was impeccable, timing was perfect, and service above and beyond. I can't recommend this restaurant and Garth and Bobby (in the bar area) enough!
