We had the best service with Kate! She gave us tips on what to order and ahead of time was dead on. We started with a cocktail and had a glass of wine with dinner. We split the spicy chicken empanadas, delicious, however, we did not detect the spice. We split the green chili Caesar. Honestly, the best Caesar in town. I do t see how they get it so cold and crisp, it's amazing! We then each had a ceviche. The baby shrimp, which were much bigger than anticipated, such wonderful flavor! My daughter had the crab, the server suggested mixing it right away to get the sauce mixed in. Very good! It did need more liquid. We simply poured the extra shrimp sauce in the crab, it was superb after that. The tomato on the shrimp just gives it more moisture and such a good flavor! We can't wait to go back!

We had excellent service, delicious meals, & the ambience was wonderful. I requested for a table in the quietest spot for the 6 of us in a party & not only was that request honored they also made sure the overhead music was not too loud.

Relaxing atmosphere. Drinks were tasty - they know how to make a proper bourbon old fashion (no muddled fruit). Chicharrones de Calamares appetizer was tender and very good. Churrascos de Argentina (skirt steak) was likewise tender and amazing! Having said that, the mashed potatoes under the steak were bland and cold unfortunately. From a food safety perspective, they had a detailed menu consumer advisory (a detail most Louisville restaurants get wrong) which was refreshing. Girlfriend appreciated the gluten-free menu options. Restrooms were impressively decorated and very, very clean.

All their 4 Seviche we had were very tasty I also ordered the skirt steak that I could have cut with a spoon it was so tender They definitely have a chef that knows what he's doing

I like celebrating birthdays, just not my own. So since my wife had her birthday coming up, I pressured her for restaurants I could take her to so we could celebrate her special day. Well after much coaxing, she settled on Seviches. So I quickly made our reservations. On the appointed day, we headed down to the restaurant. When we arrived I was most pleased to see that they have valet parking. I happily handed over my keys to the Valet and walked in. We were greeted by a very friendly front of the house staff. Once they confirmed our reservation, we were seated. Our server came over and took our Drink orders. We started out with Kentucky Bison Empanadas, which were every tasty. I ordered the Scallops and my wife ordered Churrascos de Argentina. Both meals were most excellent. We finished of our meal with Black Cherry Ice Cream (The ice cream was black as well) . The ice cream was amazing. All in all the meal and service was sensational. We have added Seviche to our restaurant rotation and I for one am looking forward to going again.

This is some of the best food I have ever been served at a restaurant. The service was top notch. My wife and I had both a wonderful and memorable experience. I gave my highest recommendation!
I Love Seviche and Anthony Lamas. I Always get the skirt steak but for $45 they definitely need to add asparagus, broccoli or something back to this meal. 3 cherry tomatoes halves IS NOT a side. Also I don't even eat them. The steak was excellent as always but would've enjoyed broccoli like my husband had with the grouper. Service was great, Also music was excellent

We arrived early evening. Had a great table with a view of the street. Skirt steak was awesome. Cherry ice cream was so rich, it was so purple it was almost black. Sam was a great server. There when we needed her but not intrusive.

We were seated immediately upon arrival for our reservation. Water arrived within seconds and our server arrived shortly after the water. We made our drink selections and then were able to savor the wines for a few minutes. Our served arrived a few minutes after the wine was served and asked if we were ready to place our food order. My decided to split a Caesar salad, my wife ordered the jumbo sea scallops and I ordered the black grouper and crab “cigar”. The salad was a perfect starter for us and the entrees were superb. We finished our dining with the “avocado ice cream” desert that was a wonderful delight to finish with. Courtney, our server, took very good care of us without “hovering”. We look forward to returning!
