I ordered the chicken strips. I wasn't expecting something super high quality but it was very bad. The breading was dry, no flavor and tasted like it was overcooked. Staff was friendly though!

I bike ride through the Neighborhood at least a couple times a year. I have strong sentimental ties to the Highlands & particularly the Deer Park area, I usually make it a point to stop in for lunch. Has been a favorite of mine for more years than I will admit to.

We were waited on by Katelyn. My husband & son went to eat and watch the baseball play-off between Arizona & Texas. I went with my daughter and grandchildren to Boo at the zoo. My daughter dropped me off to drive the boys home. I had not eaten, and they attempted to get the waitress' attention, but she failed to appear before the kitchen closed. After I got there, I waited 20 minutes, trying to get her attention before approaching the bartender. She did put in the order I requested, but was inattentive, rude and yelled at me, claiming I was drunk when I requested a glass instead of a solo cup. We have been frequenting this establishment for years and have never received this treatment. If we ever return, we will not allow Katelyn to wait on us.

Amazing food and atmosphere. Servers are amazing at helping you pick out any drink and food you want. Cooks are amazing, big portions and super tasty. Atmosphere is amazing.

Neighbor bar, what a gem tucked back in the neighborhood with only street parking. Such a fun find to watch the game, sip a few cold beers, eat some bar food with a few surprises! Chicken salad was fresh and in house with some very tasty seasoned green beans. Loved the place and service was very casual and we will keep coming back. With all the outside picnic tables our dogs can join in and the enjoy visit.

Been several times since moving to the neighborhood. The food and atmosphere are great, but it seems to always take a very long time too get our food (45-60 minutes). We still visit when bit in a hurry but don't expect to be in and out quickly at all.
