Went in establishment approx. 2/12/24 and spoke with another patron about the food. The woman behind the counter became increasingly angry (even though there was no one else in the restaurant) and went to the back and did not return for 10 minutes. When she re-appeared she was still angry to the point that I felt like I had done something wrong and asked. Response was curt and nasty,saying I came in with attitude, which was not the case at all. The woman would not assist explaining menu or specials, and was so rude that a couple walked in, heard her interaction with me and turned around and left.I very very seldom write reviews, but this experience was so bad that I felt there was no choice. Bottom line, don't treat people like manure. By the way, I don't care what your food may taste like, it's worthless if your customer never returns, and that is what has been accomplished here.Learn to do better

Have only had twice. Delivery and dine in. The burger was decent, the piggy piggy (I believe it was named) was quite good and I would definitely have that again. The atmosphere is severely lacking. Not inviting at all and pretty sure it has no heat (or it wasn't on) inside. The person behind the counter, who I believe was also cooking in back when we came in, wasn't very friendly, but she seemed busy. We ordered at the kiosk at the counter once she came out front and informed us how to order. All in all, I recommend their food for sure. Their drinks were like $3.50 I believe for 16.9oz bottles, or 12oz cans. Bottled water was free however. Hopefully the atmosphere is better during the warmer months.

Wish I could give a higher rating but due to customer service I just can’t. No one greeted us when we walked in and eventually I saw someone peak from the kitchen and still never greet up. We rung the help bell and a woman came from the back with an attitude directing us to just place our own order on the kiosk and walks away AGAIN! This was our first time and we had a few questions and you guessed it couldn’t receive any help. Heard the food ok but with customer service like that I can take my money elsewhere!

I rarely write reviews, but the burger was just that good, I had to! We wanted something new while in Louisville and saw this on Facebook, and although it may be well off the beaten path, you won't be disappointed. The stir fry burger...I wish I'd bought another for tomorrow! Burger, toppings, sauce, a little kick to it...YUM. Will definitely be driving the 45 minutes just to eat here again!
The food was amazing and fresh! The gentleman working was nice and helpful when trying to decide what to order. The chcolate bourbon glaze is a must try!

Have ordered food from here 3 times now, everything has been good! Great burgers and so far all of the sauces have been, too. Fair prices, good quantities, and fantastic to have in the neighborhood for when I don’t want to cook

My very first meal experience was EVERYTHING from taste, appearance, smell and I did mention the TASTE!So when I returned my expectations were HIGH! I returned the next following day!My second time go round I was disappointed.As soon as I open my to go container It was apparent that my meal was prepared by a different cook! I could only eat a few bites.It was lacking the Love and Compassion that my first sandwich had bestowed upon me!But with all that said The Staff was friendly, the restaurant was clean And they have a Spectacular menu! This is a diamond in the rough! If you’re looking for something different give Six forks burger a TRY!

Bugers were great, even the ones made i correctly. The website is extremely misleading.There is NO dine in service. There are items on the online menu that are not available. The bacon is crumbles not strips so it is hard to eat on a burger.Overall they got an extra star because after calling they offered a remake on the incorrect burgers but since we are from out of town we were offered a refund. I may change this if I don't receive the refund.We will not go back and I told others we were by at the NAILE show not to bother.
