Me and my daughter order online on 3/14/2024. We didn’t look at smoothie bowls because I had 6 hour treatment at Baptist East Hospital. When we got in hospital which was like maybe a 5 min drive cause of traffic. The bowls looked awful, also had 2 40oz smoothies. My daughter started to eat her bowl and said it taste funny so in my mind I come to smoothie king the Dixie location all the time, why it funny.? So I started eating mines and had to call them back cause when we got it , bowls was a mess looks like one held up and one didn’t and the one that didn’t was mines it was half a bowl, hers was messing like it unthawed and they froze it back no toppings showing . So they did say they was going to replace them ok cool. Well my father started throwing up and later on that day me at work my stomach was hurting so bad and of course I did too with several bathroom uses to the point I thought I was giving colonoscopy drink!! I called this morning I telling them in concern for me daughter and others who goes to watch if something was spoiled and or asking like was this deliberate. Well suppose to manager said I was giving to much information and I wasn’t be nasty with it it was truly out of concern so I need to get to food services to report this! WATCH YOUR SMOOTHIES AND BOWLS PLEASE

their new açaí bowl comes like an icecube, the fruit on top is edible and defrosted but the açaí it's self is pure ice. they also have an add on menu which has many options but they don't let you add them.

Even though there were many cars in line, my service was faster than I thought. Great smoothies as always. I get the gladiator with peanut butter used as a meal replacement.

The cashier was very friendly and helpful with me and he recommended lean1 with peanut butter so Now this is my to go place to get a smoothie. So good ? it’s almost gone ?
This place is quite busy on Sunday afternoon. It is my first time visit and I was using the order online for pickup since I am deaf. The line was quite long which it is reasonable.I told them that I was here for pick up order since I pass through. There wasn't any problems which I am glad. The smoothie is really good and I enjoy it a lot. I will come back for more.

Sunday walk up. Order taken by Saniya J. Waited 20 minutes for a single smoothie while a dozen cars went through the drive thru and two other walk ups got their orders. Very confused as to what takes so long on a coffee high protein as I have been to other locations and been in and out in under 5 minutes.
