The service was extremely slow the staff for did not appear to want to wait on the customers and the coffee was cold alongside of that the server did not have any pastries available to purchase the customer service aspect was extremely poor for it to be inside a grocery store.

The service was a bit slow for such a popular location. The coffee was very hot n fresh...because they has to make it fresh. And the woman honestly looked a bit aggravated that I said I'd wait for her to brew the fresh pot of one of their signature beans. The name escapes me at the moment but...when you are in customer service, such as her job entails...you will have those I.D.G.A.F days...n it's not something described to you when you do that kinda work. So if anything, expect those who serve you to have off days just like everyone else. It doesn't mean you have to give them your business. Have a good evening and God Bless.
