All I can say is don’t eat here these people are weird and racist! Especially that Indian lookin dude! (Not trying to be racist in any way just a description) but he acted like he ain’t want to make my stuff and he just kept insisting on me getting something else after I told him thats it like.. And they talk and laugh in your face as if stuff is funny and whisper to each other things than look at you laughing like what? Tuh! They should get fired tbh! Hire new workers!!!!! Very bad experience!

I refrained from doing a review the first time and even when heading there today I had my reservations. I decided to give them another chance however I should have trusted my first impression. This establishment has given me the impression that they are prejudice. They gave me a lukewarm greeting, acted as if he didn’t want to make my sandwich. Which contrasted from the greeting and immediate attention that was given to the white couple that entered shortly after me. The sandwich was not made the way it is advertised and he definitely purposely did not put cheese on the sandwich as I requested, the meat was supposed to be ham and turkey every other layer was ham and turkey. Lastly he tried to over charge me at the register until I questioned him. Not a coincidence considering I’m black and can’t add ?. I’m so disappointed with this place. I’m working in the area for 3 months and boy was this experience a blatant example of racism. Know better so you can do better! Shame on you!

One of the better Subways. Don't expect coupons or deals, here, they don't participate.Parking: Shares the lot with several other businesses, but they also have a few reserved spots right by the entrance.

One person spoke English, which is whatever. But they gave me a cold steak & cheese sandwich. I didn’t want the bread toasted. I didn’t want ice cold meat. I order this all the time from other stores, no issue.

Worst experience I have ever had at a subway. We ordered online and we did not get the right order. When called back for a refund the staff was rude and saying I am lying. Eating out is expensive no respect for customers. Will never return! Get new staff! And you all have nerve to ask for a tip. Then they expected me to drive back up there for the right subs. I offered to send a photo of the order and send it and the loud girl in back really arguing calling me a lier. Who would want to go back up there? We will not be returning to your subway! I work in food service and we would never treat a customer like that.

Place order for delivery. I was given wrong order, tried calling no reply. Drove to the store, explained what happened. Was explained them, they asked my name and they gave me my order!! Was soggy and hot. Terrible!! Took 2 bites and tossed it!! For 2 days i was so sick!! Food poisoning i think!! Never will i eat there again!! And $30?? Ridicules for delivery!! Not ever again!!

Came here to pick up food for a friend, it was very clean there was a couple inside eating one couple outside they helped me right away I asked me if I needed anything else offered me napkins I didn't even have to ask them to put them inside. Daphne will be back and this is actually located in a busy intersection about two blocks from Churchill Downs and across from Central station which has numerous other stores and restaurants including planet fitness and Krogers including Kroger's gas station.Vegetarian options: Many vegetarian options you do not have to get anything with meat on it and there are more than one choice you can build your sandwich any way you likeParking: Literally the parking lots pretty big and there's on-street parking on two sides of the street because it is on a corner so you definitely wouldn't have problems accessing it even in a wheelchair.Dietary restrictions: A great place if you're on dietary restrictions as you do not have to get your food on bread you can get it in a wrap so you can build it anyway that you like you do not have to get meat or dairy is whatever you choose they have oil they have many toppings and it's a great place to kind of Explorer and kind of build-your-own sandwich of what you would like you can get things on the side too.

I loved the experience eating here. The employees were really fast and friendly. I was late to a colonoscopy and had to eat lunch. The doctor said it would take a long time and would hurt. My sandwich was served to me within minutes. Best subway I have been to. The owner was so sweet and sincere. I’m looking forward to eating here. Thanks for serving me here. I am definitely returning!!! Subway make it your way!!!!

Went in to get a teriyaki blitz sub. The lady behind the counter asked what sandwich I wanted, while I was waiting for her to finish up the order she was working on. I asked for the meat on bottom and veggie on top. She snarkily replied with," Well that's how the company tells us to make it." Cool...it's just a request I put in as that's just my preference. I asked if she could put salt and pepper on it. She comes back with,"It doesn't come with it in the first place." I said," that's the reason I'm asking for it. She starts mumbling something, under her breath as I'm waiting for my sub to he toasted. Not sure what was said as she wouldn't repeat it when I asked her what she said. I let her attitude slide until then and finally blatantly told her to quit with the attitude and just finish up my sandwich. I'm not sure what was going on her life or what, but she brought her negativity to work and was taking it out on whoever she was helping. I wrote "lose the attitude" on my receipt in the tip jar and left it at that. Not a good look for Subway.
