After leaving the gas station, I was suddenly craving Subway soon as I walked into the establishment, I asked the worker is there a new manager due to it being a new management sign outside and instantly I knew I was in the correct subway as in I will be satisfied when I walked out with my sandwich. I commend. Sachin on his work in his service and his communication with the customer while servicing them and their sandwich, and would recommend anyone to come to the subway anytime of the day.

I should have realized that a sign on the door was an omen of what would be inside. It said something to the effect of: No coupons or specials honored here.But I went inside anyway, hungry for a veggie sub. So I ordered a footlong but when we turned to the veggie section of the assembly bar, only the bare minimum of veggies were present. No green peppers, no cucumbers, no carrots. OK, not too much of a problem since they did give me a good helping of what they had.The real deal killer for me was NO ICED TEA! Really?Tea is standard at nearly every Subway I've ever been to. And I'd already checked out by the time I noticed. An employee confirmed -- no iced tea.The bottled beverage cooler was nearly empty and a lot of other shelves were bare.It shows the shortcomings of Subway's franchise agreements.I'll pick another Subway next time!Vegetarian options: Available but bare-bones veggie selection.

Dirty and not well- maintained location. The staff was nowhere to be seen when I walked in. They also have a sign on their front door that they do not participate in any discounts or programs. This means that they don't honor the sub of the day or any national campaigns. It's not Subway - it's just this franchise, and there nothing special about it. I see absolutely no reason to patronize this establishment when there are so many better options surrounding it.

I once had a problem with an online order but that had to have been because of distance. I'm gonna edit and give subway benefit of the doubt. Please don't let me down in the future!

Does not answer phones. I accidentally placed a mobile order at this location but I meant to place the order on the other side of hurstbourne. I tried to call this location to have my order cancelled but they would not answer phones. Went there the next day to either get the food that I paid for the previous day or to get a refund but the manager refused to say anything other than “I cannot help you just call corporate.”

Tried to eat here but couldn’t because they were closed though their stated hours said they were open. I arrived at 6pm said they were open until 8pm.

The meat and cheese are sliced too thin and the sandwiches are mostly bread unless you want to pay extra for more meat to make it look like the pictures that they advertise. Not worth the money because they still only give you a little amount of meat and chees when you do pay extra! ???

This subway is run by some very nice and hardworking peopleThe ladies who took my order and made my food were courteous and pleasant.My sandwich was hot and tastyThey keep it calm and move the line quicklyMy meatball sub was perfect. The jalapeño chips are a perfect match for the subYum yum yum

They do not accept their own coupons. Prices on their menu don't match what I was charged. Lettuce was rotten. Even though my meat was heated it was still cold so not sure what happened there. The chicken was full of gristle. Another Subway on the do not return list.The cashier was super sweet and kind and was the only redeeming part of my experience.
