Very nice Indian lady. She’s made my sandwich both times I’ve stopped here. Great experience. In and out fast, with very good customer service.

Extremely Quick, taste like you would expect. If I'm a hurry and are hungry. Great alternative

I just ordered The great garlic Footlong with few sauces and veggies, after picking the order, when I started eating, I have checked back my order again what I ordered, they charged around $14+ as Super series but they didn't add the ingredients they mentioned in the order. I ordered around 3 kind of sauces but I see only mio and hardly found a chicken piece. High disappointing branch

If you've been to one Subway you've largely been to them all. As Subway goes, this one is a bit on the smaller side but is still 100% Subway. We visited on a Saturday (January 7, 2023) afternoon and I noticed that there was only one employee working, which is pretty strange since there's normally two or more on staff at any given time. While we didn't get the name of the employee I was impressed by the fact that he was keeping up with all of the orders very well.Being one to remain true to a favorite item once I discover it, I had the Italian B.M.T.. Previously mentioned sole employee took me along the line, adding the veggies and toppings as we went along. The sandwich tasted great and we had no issues with the food or the service. The issue I had with this visit was the fact that there was only one employee working on a Saturday afternoon. He was doing a great job of making orders and keeping the dining room as clean as he could, but he's only one person. I spent a large number of years in food service (both full-serve and fast food as both manager and employee) and one of the basic tenets is that you never, ever have a single employee working alone. This is common sense because employee safety should always be the #1 concern of any manager, not to mention that a single employee should never be expected to run a restaurant by themselves. While this location isn't one we frequent (indeed, this was our first visit here), it's unlikely that we'll return. Any business that puts numbers in front of employee safety doesn't need my business.

I gotta admit, it's been a while since I hit a Subway restaurant. But I was Christmas shopping and starving so it seemed like a healthy-ish option. Restaurant was clean and organized . The server/prep was kind and speedy. I had the Mexicali on Italian bread, toasted and man, it did not disappoint! I know I was hungry but the Bread was fresh, cheese was creamy and flavorful and it was the perfect temperature. Worth every penny at $8.50. A great grab and go place!

There is a note posted in the store stating that you cannot use coupons at this location. We came mainly to use the coupons. Unfortunately the normal price ($8-9 for a footlong) is just is way too much for what you get.

Clean store, nice staff but the skimpiest sandwich I’ve ever had. More bread than than the 7 vegetables I had added. Skip this one and go to another location.

Just had lunch at the Shelbyville Road Subway by Kroger; sandwich was delicious, but the staff was even better! They were so nice and helpful, and seemed genuinely excited when I told him it was my first time at a subway. They even offered me a free cookie! I will be going again!
