Went for lunch today, store is clean and staff is friendly. 6" Philly and a bottle of coke was $12. It's just too expensive for what you get. Good luck Subway, but we must part ways.

The female manager/franchisee at this location is very rude and horrible service. The workers here are great, I don't want to take away from their service, it's the manager/franchisee I have an issue with. I have frequented this location 2-3 times weekly for several years now, long before she came.The marquee outside of this location advertises free cookies with the purchase of an entrée and does not state that if using a coupon its invalid.I have utilized coupons at this location for many years now, and visit this location 2 to 3 times weekly. Upon checking out on my most recent visit, I was advised by the female manager/franchisee that I could not get the free cookie with the coupon. When I asked her when did this change?, She stated we have never given free cookies with coupons. When I advised her that was incorrect because this has been going on for the last 3 to 4 months, she stated to me in front of other customers that, NO, you have never gotten free cookies here with a coupon, and basically called me a liar. I will get her name on my next visit to add to this post. I called her out on her rudeness and never once got an apology.She definitely doesn't need to be on the front line serving customers.

I just went out of there very disappointed, the staff lady was rude, bad tone of voice, mad face, and kept rushing me for no reason, also overcharged, I had only half size there with less things than my usual order foot long in ohio. Never comming

Service was amazing everyone was so kind and generous with the meat and cheese. Everything was extremely clean and sanitized.Vegetarian options: veggie wrap, veggie pizza, veggie soup, veggie patty, and salad of course!Parking: There is a big enough space and a good clean white line to see where you are parking.Kid-friendliness: Everything is well in place employees are very kind!Wheelchair accessibility: the doors are big and wide open and there is handicap parking.
I actually had a pretty good experience at this Subway though it felt like the staff didn't want to be there. They just felt like mindless zombies barely asking me what I wanted. The food was great though. It didn't feel like I was being cheated on meat or cheese options and the other additions tasted fresh.The bread was toasted well and tasted good. This Subway was much better than the ones I have been to previously.
