I have bought subs in there many a times on my way out of Walmart to bring home. Always friendly staff and they keep it nice and clean. Subs are usually pretty good. Great service and it doesn't take long to get your food.

I stopped in the Subway on Outer Loop to grab a sandwich before heading home. The service was not great and I think he was literally afraid he may actually put some meat on the sandwich! Lol I watched as he ‘rationed’ the remaining ingredients. I asked for more tomato, he put one more slice on. He then ‘rationed’ the oil and vinegar! I got the sandwich home and opened the wrapper. Pitiful!!! I won’t go back. I basically had bread with onions! Lol pitiful. And I love the homemade sign that states they do not accept any Subway coupons. Oh and I was the only customer.

I've been coming to this Subway for years.. Never really had many problems. Last night on my way home from work I decided to stop and get a sandwich for dinner. I get home and start to eat my sandwich, I get about four bites in and I notice at the end of the sandwich is a bug in the bread. I called and explained what happened. I was told to come in the next day and they would give me a replacement sandwich. I asked many times if I needed anything and was told repeatedly "no". So, it is the next day and after much contemplation I decided I did not want another sandwich, so I called to see if I could just get my money back. I was told that I needed to bring the sandwich and my receipt in. I explained the sandwich had been thrown away because I was told I wouldn't need anything. I also asked why I would hold on to a sandwich for 24hrs. The person was no help. I will not be getting Subway ever again.
