I got 2 pizzas and one sub but they only delivered one pizza and the sub and I called and called but they crept telling me call back in 30 minutes and I gave up and they never gave me my money back terrible customer service. And the pizza was basically sauce and I ordered it with extra cheese.

The location is excellent and clean but the workers could not care less about actually preparing food properly even when it’s written plain as day on the ticket. I will not be returning to this location. They will also just walk away while you’re trying to talk to them. They do not care one bit.

Do not be fooled by all the commercials, Subway is still garbage. I will be driving by because there is always something better just down the road no matter which location I pass. To think I could have had a #56 Big Kahuna from Jersey Mike's. Never again!

I gave five stars because this is a good area and good restaurant to have however when visiting was told I couldn’t make my veggie sandwich into a salad as a vegetarian option also the employees looked overworked and stressed out. I feel like better management would help the team. They were all friendly and nice. Please get them some help.Vegetarian options: Veggie sandwiche

"3 strikes your out" ill always give new locations time to adjust and fine tweak their customer service. Today I've had it. My only issue are the employees. I was told that famous "I will be with you in a minute" line. Apparently story time and folding blankets is more important. I just left at that point.
