I ask for a steak sub with pepper jack. Dude starts talking about a number this and that and I just want a steak sub with cheese and lettuce, so I decline. Then three minutes later when they actually start making the sandwich, I get what appears to be a tablespoon of meat on the actual sub. There would be at least three bites of just bread on a 6-inch sub. I said that doesn't look like the normal amount of meat Subway usually puts on the sub. So he starts trying to upsell me double meats and double cheeses. I say I'm good just throw it away and pretty sure they scraped the meat back into the tub and put the bread back. This is the stingiest subway you could probably go to and I would highly recommend you don't. Just go to a different one. Tries to get you to buy combos and then they try to upsell you on a bunch of toppings when they skimp out on normal toppings.

Great service, I am very picky with my sandwich but the lady there patiently and accurately got it all right. I have been to many sandwich places around town but this one stands out, all their ingredients were fresh and place was impeccably clean.

This place is neat and staff working there is very kind and welcoming! We were greeted nicely. We ordered veggie patty and lady there helped us make it way better than how we usually order. The vegetables were fresh and my kids loved the free cookies! Owner there came out and checked on us while we were having our dinner. Haven’t seen a nicer subway than this!!

We flooded into this location after a soccer game. There was only one person working. He did a great job taking care of the long line until help arrived. When backup showed up, they continued working hard and were super friendly. Great service all around!

When I arrived an associate was in the dining room sweeping, they greeted me and told me they would be right with me. Once at the counter a very nice young lady came out, washed her hands, put gloves on, and began to prepare my order. While my subway sandwich was toasting another couple of folks walked in. The young man in the dining room came behind the counter, grabbed some gloves which he was touching the outside of them all over, without washing his hands after just being in the dining room cleaning with a broom and dust pan. Who knows how dirty the handle on that boom and dust pan are. I asked him if he could please wash his hands before putting gloves on to finish dressing my sandwich. He seemed put off by this request but went to the sanitation area and used hand sanitizer, not soap and water, to sanitize his hands, he then went back to the same gloves that he had just been touching all over and was going to put them on. I asked him not to use those gloves as he was just touching all over them before he sanitized his hands. I am assuming that he just doesn't know how germs work or how cross contamination happens either. Mind you, I was being very polite saying please and thankyou in a very calm tone. He got fresh gloves and began dressing my sandwich, "what do you want", "what else". Extremely rude with about as much attitude as I am sure he thought he could get away with. I think that personal hygiene and health and safety practices should be top of mind for all employees in the food service industry these days. I work in health care and I do not think it too much to ask someone to wash their hands and use clean gloves to prepare food that is going into my body. He proceeds to finish my order, bag it and then push my order and cup to me. It was a very unpleasant experience.NOW, here comes the big issue, I did not place a tip on my card while paying, I was not asked about a tip or prompted to include one on the credit card reader. This young man placed a $3.77 tip on my card without my consent. This is theft. I would like a refund of the $3.77. The food was great, no issue with quality of the product, just the quality of health and safety practices by employees and the theft!

I think Subway as a whole has become way over priced, but the wife and I really enjoy this location because of the service we receive. I really wish I had her name as she deserves the credit. She's also the only reason we stop at Subway.

A family owned subway which is always great to see. Very clean store and things kept meticulously. I had the outlaw sandwich, it was made with plenty of fillings and I like my sandwich cut in 3’s but most stores half heartedly cut it. But these guys were on point, fast and the cookies always makes one’s day. Will be back and this time sitting and eating.Kid-friendliness: Great

This subway is down the street from my house. My wife and I had stopped going, even in a pinch, because the quality of the food and service was so poor. Since they changed management/ownership a year ago we go at least once a month now. Incredibly friendly staff and management. Food is always fresh. Very welcoming.

Very disappointed and bad service. I don’t recommend to go anybody. I bought 4 foot long sandwiches and they didn’t not give me enough sauce on side and even Napkins as well.
