I had an espresso shot and a cup of coffee. Both were superb. The barista repulled the shot because he wasn’t satisfied with the first. I love the pursuit of excellence. Service was friendly and fast and coffee is the best I’ve had in months.

Great service, but they only pay their baristas $9/hour and they rely on tips to survive :(I'd prefer no tipping at all and $1 more built into prices.
On this particular visit employees were participating in a strike due to union issues and my niece and I who visit this establishment regularly were asked not to go in however we did and the gentleman was offering drip coffee free for customers not our regular order but we did appreciate the service and his attitude was excellent we will continue to get our coffee there

Kentuckiana loves Sunergos and shops are always hopping. I love the coffee here. Their lattes are superb - better than the big chains by a landslide because the beans are roasted so well (esp. caramel lattes). We get bags of beans to use at home and I don't understand how people can pick a favorite - they are all so good. Beans are always fresh, fragrant, and top-notch. We've had excellent service every time we've visited as well. We like the casual feel to the stores.
Unfair labor conditions for their employees and union busting tactics. Their coffee is good, but not worth the human rights of their workers being violated.I am no way affiliated with their labor movement and this is a complete independent review.
