We dined here to celebrate my sister's birthday in early March and it was a fantastic experience! We were visiting from out of the area and looking for somewhere special. Swizzle did not disappoint. The restaurant is beautiful, moody and elevated above the river with incredible 180 views. We were in a private elevated dining room. This is flanked by two rotating dining areas. So cool! The food was on-point. The meatball appetizer was my favorite; tender, flavorful and moist. They have a great drink selection and bevy of bourbons of course. Try a flight or a yummy tiki drink. They have a beautiful and tropical flare with delicious flavors. I recommend their "wedge" salad to start; a little different, but perfectly balanced and exactly what you want. The pork chop is out of this world! It must have been brined to lock in the flavors, but it was so tender and juicy. The scallops, steaks, and burger were amazing. The burger was elevated, but pure comfort food. The sides are delicious! The Mac and cheese and smashed potatoes were my favorite. We were stuffed, but had to try the strawberry shortcake....OMG! It was moist, packed with sweet strawberry flavor and the cream was delicate and balanced. An amazing meal! Service was excellent! Our server was knowledgeable and attentive. She made great recommendations and s better yet, had us laughing throughout. We highly recommend this for a special occasion if you're ever in Louisville!

I've always been a sucker for revolving restaurants and great views. Service was excellent. Drinks were very well crafted. The four of us enjoyed every dish - appetizers, entrees and desserts - with the sole exception of the ceviche. I would definitely return. It was one of the highlights of our trip.

Had an excellent ($$$) dinner with a great view. When in Louisville, I definitely had to taste some local Bourbons. The Tomahawk Chop and Sea Bass were delicious. We would definitely recommend this for a nice dinner out.
Took my son here for his 17th birthday. PERFECTION! Everything about our experience was extraordinary. As a business man that has ate at some of the finest restaurants around the world this was in my top 5. When making reservation request Brittany she was an added bonus that took our experience over the top. Our son will never forget this adventure while traveling through Louisville, KY. Portions are generous to say the least. I had the pork chop and the flavor and presentation was over the top. You may think it seems pricey however for the quantity and perfection it is worth it. Thank you Swizzle for making a very special young man's birthday GRAND.
The views were amazing, the food and drinks turned out great... i was a bit skipped over and ignored.... rushed.Poor service, my server/waiter name was Edwin. I was NEVER offered the complimentary bread until I mentioned it about an hour into dining; although all the surrounding tables seated after me had already received it. My drink ran empty, i was never asked if i wanted a second. The only thing consistent was if i wanted my things boxed. As if i was being rushed. Then when i was finally ready to go, he avoided my table AGAIN!!!

Split the Prime Dry-Aged Bone-In Ribeye with truffle butter with my husband and it was one of the best steaks I've ever had. Split with 2 sides (duck fat potatoes which were meh.. and mushrooms that my husband loved). Views were beautiful and we had a great sunset from the rotating room! Drink list is just ok. Wish they had more wine by the glass and beer options (no draft) for my husbands sake but will say the choices were still good. No mocktails list unfortunately but our server had a fantastic recommendation I was very grateful for! I'm not gonna lie their bread is on point. We ended up getting more! I'd recommend going elsewhere for dessert but their dessert/after dinner drinks looked great! Would likely make a nice spot for an business meetup/celebration or bring clients to but for us made a great date night for something different!

Ambiance: 10/10 The rotating floor allowed for a full view of the skyline. It was very romantic. When booking the reservation, be sure to request that area. Appetizers: 8/10 We had calamari and crab cakes. The calamari tasted better than it looked. The crab cakes were decent. Drinks: 10/10. Since I mentioned it was our wedding anniversary when booking, we got complimentary champagne. We were greeted with "Happy Anniversary" by lots of staff. That was special. My husbands drink was on the "experience" list.
Definitely a 5 star experience! A little on the pricey side so plan on 100 plus per person but damn! The food is fantastic. As a chef I'd be willing to put this places steak against anyone. Best crab cake in KY. Bring your wallet and your appetite.

Absolutely amazing experience. Can’t stop talking about it. Such a cool place, incredible food and the staff is above being on point! The foods not cheap and it’s totally worth it. A little dressier dress code- we were prepared for that based upon other reviews and photos. We had the potato gnocchi as an app and I wish I would’ve ordered it as a meal! It was so good! We had the Ribeye, Chilean bass and the sautéed mushrooms. We both had drinks and desert. Everything was 5 stars!

My date and I went to Swizzle for dinner, little did i know I would become Mrs. Bruce Rogers!!! ? The whole experience was perfect. our server, Brittany, put the “Aw in awesome” the “beauty in beautiful” and her service was top notch. she went above and beyond for us. She captured our sweet moment on video and took plenty of pictures.The restaurant revolves about on the top floor of The Galt hotel and now my heart revolves around Bruce. what a special place to hold our forever memoryAnd of course the food was great ?
