Ordered online for pickup in drivethru i put everything NO lettece when i ordered and even told them at the speaker no lettece on Nothing and they still put lettece on it they need to hire employees that can read instructions and listen this isn't the first time they have messed my order up.Parking: Go in get your order to make sure it's correct not go in drive thru and get home they mess orders up.
Kay is an awesome employee! She is very personable and sweet. I love going through the drive thru and seeing her at the window. She really makes my day . I hope this review of her gives her a raise. Thanks Kay!

My wife just called to tell me that she was going to the Taco Bell on Dixie Highway because the girl at the one on Greenwood Road was high as a kite and people were bring their orders back because they weren’t right. This is very bad business and I hope the owner sees this post.

They were handing us the food in the window! They drop our food??♀️ from the box and when the staff lift it all tacos felt and it seems she threw the box and she looked mad! And we had to pull over to get a new box with tacos! They need to train them better or hire better people!
Worst taco bell in Louisville, go here on lunch, work 3rd shift. Went the other nite they said they quit making meat cause they close shortly. It was 11:45, they close at 1, the workers they have working late are either d*** or lazy. Whoever the GM is here needs to be fired 7-21-2023 I went back and boy let me tell ya was that a mistake. Never seem so many privileged worthless employees in my life. Little girl working the counter tonight should be fired immediately, but wait they can't do that and we all know why. Same reason she got the job to begin with. This taco bell reminds me either of the Bronx zoo, or a Tarzan movie... haven't quite decided which one tho.

First of all they didn't have tomatoes or any salsas food was cold and they still manage to mess up the order by leaving 2 tacos out idk how when it was only 6 items I oder and only got 4 of them, the employees were rude about it when I call and toll them about the missing food. This is the second time it has happened won't be back to this location again.

This is by far the worst fast food in the area. Expect to wait 15+ minutes for anything you order even if you are the only car there. Then, once you finally get the food, its just a cold mess. Management and staff couldn't care less though so nothing will change. Only positve I can say about this place is that usually the ones taking orders are polite.
