Great food and service, Aidan was our server and was excellent, the manager stopped buy to check on everything, place was absolutely packed, someone in our party of 6 called ahead and we didn't wait more than 2 or 3 minutes before we were sat at our table. We went back I had a coupon for a free appetizer, we sat at the bar , the Masters was on, Alexis was the bartender and she is a real pro, excellent service, great burgers, great potato skins, reasonably priced, will definitely be back soon.

This road house is amazing. The food is always great, service is usually great as well. Popular place for birthday dinners. It’s always a good time at the road house but if you are looking for quiet or intimate this isn’t it!Parking: There is tons of parking behind the actual store but if you have someone that can’t walk well you may want to drop them off at the door because it can be a long distance walk.

In the photos there were 2 dishes missing to photograph but the young people were very hungry...Unfortunately, the bad treatment for being Latino breaks my heart. Discrimination is ugly and even more so in the oais of freedom ? and moreover it is one of my favorite restaurants. The person who sat us down was supposed to serve us but this lady didn't want to so she left us there and that's it. He barely gave us 2 packets of peanuts reluctantly. OMGAfter 20 minutes a very kind woman arrived and apologized for why she still hadn't attended to us. This last woman was super friendly and served us very well, even so the dish had a somewhat sloppy presentation and they made a mistake with the roasted papa because they gave sweet potato but she fixed it quickly. He was very kind. We were a group of 6 people and we were so satisfied with the woman's treatment that everyone wanted to tip her very well in gratitude for her humble work and kind treatment. We went to Louisville in front of SanthMatheus mall. I loved this woman, she deserves good recognition for her good ❤️ heart and professional service. God bless you a lot. Thank you ? ?

Well done, it's how I like my steak and a lot of places can not do a well done steak they think it mean shoe leather how ever that not the case. This location does a well done steak correctly still juicy and no pink. Amazing. The staff is just as good. My server Caitlen went above and beyond making sure we had bread, (delicious) refills, was kind and professional check to make sure the food was correct and had flow which made it seem easy even though she was manging multiple tables. She made sure my special need child was comfortable and had everything he needed. Well done.

I have to start by saying, the food we get here is great and our ability to get on the waitlist online minimizes wait times. Beyond that though, the super loud environment, annoying country music, employees line dancing and clapping right by your table, and then the “yee haw” yelling make it an experience we can only tolerate maybe once a month or so. During some of the loudness, it’s impossible to continue your conversation at the table. It all has to stop because no one can hear each other. If all of that wasn’t enough, now “the steak pusher” is at the hostess stand with the interrogating questions “have you been to TRH before?”, we answered yes. Then “have you chose a steak from our meat display counter?” We answered no we don’t eat red meat. Then on the way to the table, the non listener asks “what kind of steak do you normally order?” So we have to again say WE DON’T EAT RED MEAT! As if the whole experience wasn’t annoying enough, now this guy. Pushy sales tactics make me want to leave immediately. It’ll take quite some time before we do that again.
