My burger was I feel overpriced but that doesn't bother me as much as getting back to my room only to find my burger burnt worse than Anakin Skywalker, however they do leave out some pretty scrumptious fresh cookies every night. Service was really good and atmosphere was relaxed but sometimes empty so it feels weird to eat alone in an empty space.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly menu that covers the bases

Stayed here for the weekend. The booking pictures are misleading. I booked a private king suite and was told when we got there that there is only 2 suites in the entire hotel and that they needed to update that online. We couldn’t cancel so had to stay in a small room with a baby with barely any room from my son to walk around. The tv didn’t work, the phone didn’t work…I had to call the front desk with my cell phone and they never came and fixed the tv. Was told breakfast was served until 10. Went down at 9:45 and it was already closed. There was an awful odor in the room. It was dated but clean otherwise. The bed was comfortable just disappointed in the tiny room and false advertising.

The rooms were clean. The hot tub and the front sliding doors were broken, giving the hotel a slightly run-down feel. The pool hours are 10-10. With little kids, it would have been nice if we could have started the day with a swim. But, the staff we encountered were professional and kind.

Stayed here for a weekend in August. Nice, clean, suburban hotel with restaurants and shopping all around and easy access to I-265 and I-71. Common areas were clean. Nice, big lobby with a lot of seating and space for families or groups. We were in a 1 Bedroom 2 room Suite, 1 King, Sofa bed room, which gave the three of us plenty of space. The bedroom was spacious as well. Internet worked well. Plenty of free parking.

I’ve been in this area for over a month, stayed @ 4 different properties & decided to give this property a try because of nearby venues and access to shopping. The hotel exterior and grounds were well-maintained. I like the fact that check in was touchless. The lobby & common areas were clean. I got to my room & was quite disappointed. Carpet was stained, linens were not clean. I had cigarette ashes on my towel along with the smell of cigarette smoke. I don’t think my bed linens were clean either. The comforter had fresh dirt stains (see picture) & had a strong smell of perspiration. Luckily, there were much cleaner linens in the closet so I didn’t demand a room change. Paint was pealing off of the ceiling. The hvac was badly in need of some maintenance. It remained on even when turned off & made an awful noise. I couldn’t get maintenance after 5p. What’s worse, I had to use sanitary wipes to clean the in-room phone because it was so dirty. If other hotels in the area weren’t so booked, I’d be out of here. I pray that management does something about this.

Booked room on Booking.com mainly for the hot tub which no longer exists. Not necessarily hotel’s fault but very disappointing. Hotel is run down and dingy which is our biggest complaint. One coffee packet in room, zero towels, coffee maker still had old grinds, and the carpet and sofa are very stained and disgusting in room. Breakfast is minimal and coffee was gone. King room is good size and bed was decent. We wouldn’t stay here again and are very disappointed at what we’re paying for what we’re getting.

I recently had a very positive stay at this hotel. I arrived late in the evening and the lady at the counter couldn’t have been any nicer or more accommodating. My room was 212. The room was spotless. There were a few small stains on the carpet and getting the shower to work was a bit tricky. Both very minor issues. The hotel sits behind another and you can drive past it and not see it but it’s not a problem. Plenty of places around to eat and surprisingly quiet. Fully recommend.
