I’m confused, when calling the recorded message said they were closed for the winter months. It’s almost June….

5 for bubbles, 5 for entertainment. Doors to restrooms don't lock and people kept just walk in on people... Great bubbles, bad bathrooms

We had the most magical afternoon at The Champagnery’s Holiday High Tea. We had wonderful tea, a beautiful tower of sweet and savory food and a wonderful bottle of champagne. The staff was gracious and the atmosphere beautiful. They even accommodated a gluten allergy. Highly recommend!

This place is awesome. We went for their Christmas tea. It was the first day and the first sitting for it. The owner was there and greeted us. She was super nice. The Christmas tea was a bit pricey, but worth it. The place settings were great. The vibe was on point. The food was brought out in a nice three tier platter. They had traditional cookies and sandwiches. They even brought a platter of gluten free items for my sister who has celiac. The chef checked on us and was super nice.Go to this place!

Very nice champagne spot! It sits on a corner and parking can be a drag but other than that, this is a great place when visiting Louisville and for a date night for the locals. Great selection of champagne, drinks, and food. I recommend a reservation because of course it gets busy.

Super cute spot to grab drinks with girlfriends! Came here to celebrate a friend's engagement and had a fabulous time! Lots of champagne and other drink options (though not much at all as far as nonalcoholic beverages go). Also some fun snack/dessert options including charcuterie, chocolate strawberries, and macarons. Variety of seating options and lots of good photo backdrops!

Last night was my fifth time at The Champagnery and I have to say I was very disappointed. The first three times I had amazing service. I was there 11/11 and 11/18 and I have to say I left disappointed each time. It took forever to get service, and then forever to get our check. Our server disappeared last night so we had to flag someone else down to print our check. Even then, our server never came back to the table to collect our check. Usually we order 2-3 drinks a person at 2-3 appetizers but the last two times our service was so bad that we weren’t able to order more than one drink and more than one appetizer. The Champagnery has always been my favorite place in Louisville for my friends and I, but I don’t think we will be back unfortunately.

Haven't been here in years so it was high on my list to get back to. Visited on a Thursday night with 5 friends. Resy would only give us the option for "patio" when having 6 people but it was too cold for that... called and they advised they wouldn't be busy and we would be fine. There was really only 1 good spot for a party of 6 but it was the best little cozy spot, right by the fireplace... which was perfect on a 30 degree night. That fireplace sure does get warm though and I eventually had to have them turn it off. Colin was our server and he was excellent. Efficient, attentive, and knowledgeable. Great job! We ordered every plate and a board... caprese salad skewers, grilled cheese bites, truffle tots, shrimp cocktail, bread/oil, and the rivière board. Everything was very tasty... esp the grilled cheese and tots! All the drinks were great too! Great spot for a classy night out. Glad I finally got back.

We went to the champagnery for a friends birthday, had reservations. Service was absolutely terrible. Out of many drinks - served replac drinks without even informing us of a change was told "they pour what is open". Ordered food and had to wait because "chef didn't realize more than one was ordered". Their "system was down" and couldn't give us an itemized statement or even take more than one method of payment. The list goes on, terrible service, terrible experience.

Now this is my jam. I LOVE champagne. Couldn't wait to check it out. Two flights. Two glasses of champagne. Tony helped us out. Very amusing and very knowledgeable about champagne. Totally made our visit a memorable one. I can't wait to bring my husband here.

It looks good on the surface, but it's so disappointing. The noise level prevents conversation. We ate outside to try to get some peace. (Do you think they could invest in a heater?) After waiting forever for your food, when it actually comes the quality is ordinary. (Tiniest oysters you can imagine.) Overall not much fun, but the bill for two was $320. I'll drink champagne at home in the future.

Popped into this place after a fancy dinner with my husband and it was just the perfect vibe to top off our evening. If you want a table, I'd highly recommend getting a reservation. Luckily, we were able to get a seat at the bar. I did the "Trip to France" champagne flight and all of the samples were delicious! We also had the olives to snack on and enjoyed those. There was live jazz music, which was super enjoyable and not overly loud, especially considering we were right next to them. Next time, I'll bring girlfriends and snack on a charcuterie board while we sip champagne!

The raw oysters are really good. Food is a little pricey.
