The Copper Maran catered our recent event and it was fantastic. The food was amazing and the service was top of the line. Everyone was so personable and kind. The food options were vast and catered to all our guests: vegetarian, gluten intolerant, vegan and any other special requests we had. Will definitely be recommend and plan to use them again.

That was one of the best Catering Service I have been invited. I was attend to my cousin's wedding a month ago. I got to say that the food was really great, and a diversified menu with all beautiful dishes decoration. They have the custom catering, so the customers can decide which one they want in the wedding. My cousin chose BBQ chicken, beef briskets,...and it was quite tasty. I would recommend for my friends. In the future, I will be happy if they can be my cater on my wedding too. <3

Such the best service in this area. Its hard to find the one with enthusiasm Cater. Fortunately, i found The Copper Maran. The food is delicious. The concept is created in the very great way that makes you feel cozy, happiness, warmly greet. I was invited to my friend's wedding, and im surprised with all the catering performance. I saw there are so many people asking the business card from them. I keep one for my self as well. Definitely good choice for me next time for the Catering Service. Recommended!

I attended a wedding catered by The Copper Maran a few weeks ago and food/service was disappointing to say the least. The passed hors d'oeuvres were lacking flavor with the ham biscuits being incredibly dry. The food table was poorly arranged and lacking linens, and the line for food was terribly long. Some fellow guests waited over an hour to eat. While the potato bar is an interesting idea, the candied items for the sweet potatoes were stale - so chewy and inedible. The staff passing hors d'oeuvres were very polite and helpful; however the gentleman in charged seemed confused and uninformed.

I just stopped in after originally pulling in for Taco Bell but then spotted their cute cafe that they just recently opened. I ordered the brown butter chicken and rice and it was amazing! Delicious food, big portion and very cheap for the quality. They also have Vietnamese coffee there and I regret not getting some. It's an odd location that's easy to miss since you have to turn into Taco Bell to get to it, but it's a great hole in the wall.
Richard and Eden did the absolutely best job catering our wedding reception! They met with us beforehand, listened to what our priorities were, helped put together a theme that pleased BOTH of our personal tastes, and made our reception so much fun! From spicy swizzles in orange mango punch and bourbon cocktails to pineapple chicken satay plantain mash patacones, the table and seating setup was completely taken care of by The Copper Maran. Each silverware roll had fresh herbs tucked in, friends and family loved the experience! Cleanup was a breeze and SO FAST and EASY! I highly and confidently recommend The Copper Maran for your catering needs in any and all occasions. ??? :-)

I recently attended my niece's wedding reception that was catered by Cooper Maran. It was a large reception with 240 guests and there was only one table with two lines that people waited in for 45 minutes. The food very disappointing with tough pork a salad with 5 inch strips of carrot and toppings for potatoes that were hugh clumps of pecans and ginger that were unmanageable. I would never recommend this caterer!

Wow, the audacity to defend your catering service by blaming the mother of the bride for your companies inefficiency? I had not planned to leave a review until I was made aware of your response towards me which is ridiculous & unprofessional blaming someone else.You sir specifically contacted the venue and directed the set up your self.You emailed the venue requesting your set up that Monday according to you.I was confused about the linen & asked you if 4 tables was correct in my email... I didn’t direct anything. You had every opportunity to communicate any miscommunications before the reception and also the day of.There was a wedding coordinator that your staff should have reached out to the day of if you needed more tables. When you made changes in your prices everything was handed over to the bride and groom, due to changes that I disagreed with.Your staff member did not handle the situation appropriately during the reception especially when he had linen available he could have used.I had no reason to direct your staff how to set up your tables to best provide for guests, that’s on your staff not me.To use me as your scapegoat on social media is wrong on so many levels.Your staff also was suppose to be set up and ready to go by 2:45, your staff member told me he thought it was at 5 pm. Guests walked in with 4 uncovered tables and no food.The confusion on tables & linens could have been prevented if you would have picked up the phone.You should have confirmed & communicated with the groom before the day of and given him your check list if you had concerns.There were other discrepancies I and others witnessed. I would never recommend you to anyone.
