Omg!!!! Omg!!!! Friend invited me to celebrate my late birthday dinner!!! The absolute most charming little spot in all of Louisville! I seriously believe this is my new favorite restaurant!!! Spoke with Tiffany the most vivacious and knowledgeable General Manager ever!!!! She was also super sweet and o so very helpful!!! She gave us lots of information about the specials and weekly events!!! Our server Kayte was AMAZING!! She was prompt, sweet, and eager to answer all our questions! the atmosphere was so elegant, classy, yet laid back at the same time. Like I literally wore jeans and still raised my pinky while drinking my wine!!! Ha ha!!! The food was 5 star quality!!! Unique and delicious!! If you have not tried this place you must!! I’ll be back Tuesday for lunch!!!

Southern charm and delicious food. You will not be disappointed. Southern cooking with a modern spin. Started with fried goat cheese on bread with balsamic vinegar. Then I had the Hotter brown, Kentucky favorite of chicken and cheese. My wife had shrimp and grits, totally delicious. Definitely a must dine in Louisville.

This was recommended to us but unfortunately it was a fail. I ordered shrimp & grits. Hardly any grits and very bland. Our friend & my husband ordered the weygu burger. When our food was ready for delivery to the table we were informed that they only had one weygu burger so our friend had to substitute for the meatloaf burger. Why was he only told when the other meals arrived? He had to wait 10 more minutes after we had waited a half hour already. Our other friend had the stroganoff but he said it was really bland. They didn’t charge for the one burger and gave our friend a coupon which he can’t use since he lives in a different state & heads home tomorrow. We were really disappointed in the whole experience. We were contacted about our review the next day.Tiffany made it right for us by refunding our dinners. We feel that she went above and beyond to ensure we were happy. Thank you Tiffany!

Food is delivered 1/2 hanging off the plate!! When delivered bacon was hanging off the table and who knows where else it had been dragged across ! When mentioned to manager he said it’s big bacon!!! Like I ‘m an idiot! I said no the food should be centered no t hanging on the edge! !!! Had to keep waving my empty beer glass at the waitress to get a beer! !!!!

I love this little hidden gem in Anchorage! Great food, and such a cute atmosphere. We ate brunch outside yesterday and went for a walk on the Anchorage Trail afterward, which is right behind the restaurant. Our server Stephanie took great care of us! She was very attentive, polite, and helpful with the menu. They have so many delicious options...Can't wait to go back!

A group of us stopped by before traveling back to Chicago, beautiful and cozy restaurant. The food was phenomenal but the service is what we'll come back for again. Brook was wonderful, explained the menu well and also kindly gave us tips to visit places while in Louisville. Great experience!!!

Excellent service and very good food at this location in Anchorage. People keep saying it's in Louisville, A beautiful place in a beautiful town. I was thankful not to see local residents Matt Bevin and Papa John, whom I despise. we ate in the bar which has a very nice enclosed patio.

My mom wouldn't stop talking about this restaurant. I truly didn't understand all the hype until I decided to go to lunch with her one day. Phenomenal. This restaurant is now our favorite place to have a mother-daughter-doggie date (they are extremely dog friendly). The food is wonderful, the staff is friendly, and a great location.

Great food and service. Get reservations and arrive early enough to grab a beer or cider at 10Twenty microbrewery next door.

It had been a while since my last visit to the Vilage Anchor and it was just as good as I remembered! The marshmallow cream sauce served with the sweet potato fries was delectable. The BLTA was wonderful with the maple cured bacon was tasty and there should have been more of it on the sandwich!
