Came in to this restaurant and had a good meal. The food was not the issue. It was the customer service! Our waitress had explained that if we adjusted or took off some ingredients on the Alambre that it would change the price. To confirm I asked again before I took off the ham and bacon on my meal. She (Ericka) stated yes, the price would be lowered. When it was time to pay, the cash register woman was very rude and not helpful in this matter, saying that the price would not change. After confirming twice what was said while ordering and than for us to be met with attitude and rude customer service when we checked out to pay is not how a good establishment should be conducted. We will not be back. & it seemed like a nice little hole in the wall spot. We were mistaken!

We had the Birria Quesadillas with the consume for dipping. Brother in Law at the pepper that came with it about twice as hot as a pickled jalapeño about just as hot as eating a fresh Jalapeño with cracked skin off the vine. He said the Birria consume and meat seasoning had too much cinnamon. Still ate it though lol. My sister had the Pina Fajitas which she loves and gets every time practically enough for two bigger folks and 4 smaller ones. Daughter had the Orchata and kids Quesadillas plate with rice and beans, she loved it. I had the volcan, it was served by itself but the waiter was gracious enough to bring flour tortillas when asked and a spoon because the Charo beans caldo mixed with the juice from the meat was fire ate it like a soup after having my fill of cheese, cactus, steak, chicken, and charo Beans, dos xx negra on tap 32 oz refreshingly cold. There was a team of greeters, servers, and cooks attending to us and the customer service was a 5 star experience. Frequently visiting the table, food came out super fast and hot and it was like an honor for them to serve you and do their best. The flavor of the food was ok, just as good as any other Mexican spot. The decor is being worked on the lighting was half fast done, could of made it more intimate and inviting at the booths. Used to be a Chinese buffet so it's alot of work to convert completely understand but once they finish adding the decor and minor improvements it's going to be a hit. Would highly recommend on service alone.Parking: It's next to Walmart so if the smaller parking lot gets full there will always more parking within less than a 30 second walkKid-friendliness: There were plenty of kids there, kids menu options, brought my 10 year old daughter who enjoyed her Quesadillas and loved the refried beans.Wheelchair accessibility: 100% disabled Veteran, quickly found handicap parking, doors are wide enough for wheels chairs and there are tables low enough as well from what I saw in the restaurant.

Worse service ever I walked in at 6p to get a side of rice they had 8 people eating in there total 3 at entrance and I'm standing there from 6 to 620 for sole rice not once did they say let me see whats going on sorry for you wait nothing 20 mins later a small bowl of rice have a nice day is what I'm told. They over charged me for what I ordered and then tried to act like I was not able 2 pay my bill when they over charged me. Manager said that the rest of my bill was going 2 be paid for by the waiter. If that's how you treat your employees and your customers I don't see you being open very long. Only reason there is a 2nd star is because the food was alright but for the price the portion was small and the chips and salsa are probably the worst I've experienced.

So I just have to say I love this place the tamales the tacos the Mexican street corn the horchata on par if you think of authentic Mexican what does that mean it's different in the different regions but this is authentic
Stopped in spur of the moment, grabbed a couple of things to take home for a little taste test. Staff was great. The al pastor taco is yummy, and the esquites is too. The burrito is a burrito, had the chicken and it was pretty good. Can't wait to go back, sit down and try some things I haven't had yet. Oh yeah, have a margarita, you won't regret it.

Ordered to go for my wife and I. We both got major food poisoning the next day. It was without a doubt this place because our kids were fine and we were the only two to eat it.

Gave the location my “taco test”, and was very pleased with the results. Tacos were hot, tasty, well-filled and the sauce provided had a delicious creamy heat. The only negative to the experience was the length of time to *get* the tacos. I walked into the restaurant already hungry, so the delay was killing me. It was worth it, but I didn’t want to fill up on the provided chips and dip. :-)
Karaoke with Karen on Thursday nights is always a fun time.
