Tried this place today and was very disappointed. I’m a culinarian and the flavor was very good but my sandwich was impossible to eat. The bread was extremely hard and stale. For a $20 sandwich and chips it was very underwhelming!

I tried this place a couple months back and loved it. Guy at the counter was friendly and food was fantastic.Today was absolutely terrible. Food was old. Staff was unprofessional. They were out of basically everything and it was lunch hour. The salad I got was wilted and gross and had about 4 pieces of lettuce in here. Super diss appointed and way overpriced for what I ate today.

Paid $30 for two medium sized subs- no drinks or sides. My sandwich fell apart because the paper was sticking to the bread. Tasted alright. No inside seating.

Good spot for lunch when not everything is open in the area. Very quick if you order premade sandwiches. Even premade was good. However, price was a little higher than you would typically expect. Paid over $40 for two sandwiches, two drinks, and two chips.

Good sandwich. Love a good italian grinder. Nice that they are pre made for easy in easy out. They are proud of their sandwich and charge accordingly. I'll be back but not every day.

It’s actually hilarious how bad these sandwiches are compared to the reviews. This is like a sandwich from one of those vending machines at the airport, albeit not as dry. What on earth??…maybe it’s comfort food for people or something.

Unfortunately today was not a good day at Torino's. I really wanted Pasta Salad so we stopped in since I love their salads & I love to support small businesses. In the past we have had outstanding service but today was sadly very disappointing. One worker was having a really bad day wishing there would be a lunch rush instead of people coming in, here & there & he was very impatient as I ordered. The other was on his phone too preoccupied to fill some salad orders. Then they proceeded to complain about prior customers. There apparently was a lady who grabbed her bag before the order was done & leaving behind some of her order. I felt very uncomfortable, unwanted & all I wanted to do was leave. So when my order was completed & I knew it was, I DARE NOT TOUCH MY BAG! About 2-3 minutes later he looked up from his phone & asked did you have another sandwich to which I said no he then said "Oh! That's on me." & pushed the bag towards me. Then & only then did I grab the bag. (Sigh) Since this is Derby Week & there are people from all over, I would hate for Torino's to leave a bad taste in people's mouths. As for me I sadly will have to think long & hard if I want to go back any time soon...

Exceptional care and attention to details taken by sandwich maker. Clean and enticing place to dine and even better experience with fresh exquisite taste. I will definitely be back to Dine In.

Simply delicious. A straight forward menu focusing on their specialty. They toasted the bun on the griddle use fresh ingredients and made a great lunch. The deli is clean and. The people were friendly and having fun at work. Love it.

2nd time going to Torino's. Again, nothing but quality food and service. The Italian is tremendous and my wife really enjoyed the Vegan sandwich. Excellent all around.

Awful service. Went in to order two sandwiches to go and once bagged and made it home, realized only received one sandwich was packaged. Went back for sandwich and the server wouldn't make a new one. So charged us for the cold sandwich. Server said no refund either. Would rather deal with better people from a different sandwich shop.

Came here on a Saturday at lunch time. Get here early because they start to sell out of things! We tried the shaved chicken sandwich and the meatball sandwich. We thought both were good but preferred the meatball. The shaved chicken sandwich seemed a little dry but did have tons of meat on it. May come again but not a total hit for us. We did really enjoy sitting in the courtyard behind the sandwich shop.

A seriously SERIOUSLY good meatball sub. I love the addition of jalapeños which was unexpected but delicious. Excellent sauce, great bread, gooey gooey cheese. Will definitely be back and it will be hard to order anything but this delicious sandwich!

Today was my second time eating at Torino's. The first time I had the 1 lb. Italian. It was a very large sandwich. Today, I tried the roast beef. Very tender, the horseradish cheddar sauce was amazing, and the pickled red onions added a touch of sweetness. Although not as large as the 1 lb. Italian it was still a good size sandwich and very filling.
