I didn’t even get a chance to order anything. They were moving soooooo slow and it was only 2 people in line myself and someone else. I left because I realize Smoothie King is down and street and I was on my 1hr break and was not about to spend 20-30 mins waiting.

The banana in my smoothie is very green, not ripe at all. The detox smoothie sounds delicious but is overwhelmingly disappointing in flavor. The smell walking in was not pleasant either, smelled liked their sewer was backed up.

Awesome smoothies, highly recommend! I ordered one kids, one adult smoothie as pictured. Kids Jetty Junior, adult Bahama Mama. Both are delicious!Came back for Detox Island green and a Mocha Madness. Also delicious!Don't be afraid to try this out. It's worth it!

Hello all I seen few customer's experience regarding bad odor smell as you walk in the cafe. Yes we did have an issue with sewer, but we have resolve the issue , and there is no more odor smell.. thank you for sharing your experience, so we can make it right...please give us another chance to serve you with a fresh smell, and a big smile..Thank you

This place was in the mood to add some HEAT today!! I got the Caribbean wrap and it was spicier than normal. I had this wrap a few weeks ago and noticed the heat but didn't mind it, today I took one bite before lunging for water. I'm not sure if it's salsa or a sauce, but if your spice sensitive I'd be sure to ask for less of anything with heat!

Why is this location the most unpredictable one. Everyone is all over the place, no eye contact, no smile, I went in there one day and I ordered a blueberry bliss and the lady made the wrong smoothie and came to me and said here you go. I said no that’s not what I ordered, the employee said yeah I made the wrong one can you just drink this instead….SERIOUSLY??? Like what?? I’m so glad the one in Fern creek opened up!

Waited by register for a while. I was fine waiting while they seemed busy. Waited for 10 min and they ignored me and talked amongst themselves. Then eventually was asked if we need to order and I replied yes and then she walked away and talked to someone and just stared at us off and on. Waited few minutes more and then just had to leave because they would not take my order. The store only had one other family in there who already had there order and no one else was there. I love tropical smoothie so I was disappointed. Will not come back to this one.

Overwhelming body odor smell inside so we chose to eat in our car. ? love tropical smoothies and we usually stop at one in Bowling Green on our road-trips, but I will default back to that one in the future.
the smoothies are great but there is a bad smell when entering the place, we couldn't stay in there.

I discovered this place in Florida and couldn’t wait to find one in Louisville. I absolutely love this place but can anyone explain the horrible odor when you walk in? First week I went and noticed it. Figure it was just a one time thing. Went back a week later (today) and it’s worse than the first time. I was wondering if it was just me so I asked another customer next to me and they agreed. She works next door so she may be used to it. Makes me not want to come back to be honest, the smoothie is hella good.
