Had dinner here while in Louisville for the dog show. The food was good, served hot and nice portions. I am on keto and could not eat the bread but could see and smell it and my companions loved it.
Food was tasteless. No seasoning and the fettuccine Alfredo was soupy vs thick sauce. No liquor License - Service was good

The restaurant was quiet and clean, the food came extremely fast and the waitress was kind. Overall the food was a little pricey but not bad flavor, the Alfredo sauce did have quite a different texture. The food here is fine but don't go to their website that's literally on Apple Maps or google because according to them that "isn't their website" even though the website is copyrighted to 2024, has their phone number and address on there and current menu... only difference is the price is 70% cheaper. I ordered takeout and it was supposed to be 16 dollars based off of their website and the total was 30. For two small plates. They told me that they have a different website and that was their old website. Instead of being understanding they just made me feel dumb for going to the wrong website. But if you google them you won't find this "other website" unless you type in exactly what they are telling you to type in. Everything on google, yelp, Apple take you to the same website. Food is mediocre... it's in a shady shopping center and give off those same vibes from the inside. Smells like sanitizer buckets that haven't been cleaned.. and the staff is sitting around on their phones waiting for customers. AND even when I went to the website they told me to type in... the prices were STILL a dollar or two cheaper. Ridiculous
Tuscany is consistently good. It's one of my fav restaurants in Louisville. I'm so happy it's in the Southend! The Italian food is so good (although I would not recommend the ravioli). I especially like the tortellini. If they bottled their homemade sauce that's given w/ the bread sticks, I'd buy it & bring it home. Delish!
