The hostess and waitress was very friendly. She was eager to help us and explain multiple items on the menu. The food arrived fairly quick. We didn't realize this was a chain. But, it didn't matter -- the food was incredible. We ordered. Few chef's specialty dishes which were all items we've never had before. We even tried a new biryani dish: Ulavacharu biryani. Looking forward to trying more dishes here.

The food here is very delicious. Eating in was also a fun experience because they have a cute little robot waiter. They offer family portions of biryani for takeout only, and regular portions of all dishes to eat in. I am going to bring my friends here for good food and so they can see the robot. To my knowledge, this is the first restaurant with a robot waiter in the whole city!Vegetarian options: You can order several dishes with paneer (cheese) instead of meat.

We are a regular customer at Hyderabad House and we usually love it but our experience was extremely awful. We ordered a veg keema biryani and told the waitress we wanted it to be mild which is the thing we always order. The biryani ended up being really spicy and you could tell the spice level was not mild. We also ordered Gobi Manchurian in mild and that, too was incredibly hot. Another thing we ordered was one portion of Idli. the Idli was pretty big; however, the quantity of Sambhar was very little. After this experience, I honestly don’t think we’re gonna go back. My family and I was not happy.

Nice selection of Premium whiskies and Indian beers. Service was very courteous and prompt. Dishes were delivered via robotic waiter which sounds odd but unexpected and had its own pleasing charm. I was in awe. Very clean and new seating. Samosas we’re incredible. Sauces was intensely spiced and deliciously balanced. Haywards 5000 beer paired so well with all the dishes. Incredible flavors. There was so much food we expected to take some home but was so amazing we couldn’t stop eating. 10 out of 5 stars. Blown away. I never write reviews, check my review history. If you don’t try this you are missing out. To good to be true. I wanted to try authentic Indian cuisine because I enjoyed the meal kits in the grocery stores so much. After this I realize those kits are feeble attempts at best. We had goat, lamb, chicken, naan. Discovered a new treat for myself on a whim. Went for the second time on Saturday night. As usual had a delicious dinner!! Had a chicken Biryani, a lamb dish as well as other appetizers, etc.So enjoyed our meal and the lovely Tina who is so sweet and offered recommendation.Look forward to our next visit.

We were nervous to come here at first when we pulled up. It looks tiny and it’s in a little strip plaza. But figured hey we are here let’s just try it out.WOW! And that’s an understatement.We make “Indian food” at home all the time with those little kits from the grocery store. And they’re pretty good. But this place? I know now that I will never again attempt that at home.This food was perfection. It was perfectly seasoned and spicy. But not burn your mouth and set your behind on fire spicy. Flavor spicy. We ordered samosas. BEST THING IVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE! They were crunchy and just the right amount of greasy!Next we ordered the tandoori chicken kabobs, the butter curry lamb, and the tikka Marsala goat. You can order them to the spice level you prefer. He ordered the spicy and I got the mild.Both were -chefs kiss- wonderful.They had a nice little selection of beer and whisky. Some were even traditional Indian beers! We tried one. It was really good and helped take away a bit of the spice from the food.Our food was delivered on a little robotic server! Which was honestly the coolest thing I’ve ever seen.Our server was nice and polite and helped us order since it was our first time.They had a great selection of vegetarian dishes as well! As soon as you walk in you are engulfed by an amazing aroma of Indian food. the wait to get seated was barely a time at all despite the resturaunt being very crowded. Once we got seated pur orders were taken and we were offerred beverages. we ordered one meal per person and the portion sizes were pretty good. One of our meals came by a robot which was very cool! the service was great but the food was even better, We ordered a masala dosa, sezch fried rice and vijayvadam boneless biryani. The masala dosa exceeded my expectations and was delicious. The biryani was flavorful and filling, it tasted like authentic buryani and was superb!

This is great restaurant for briyani, I loved the goat briyani, It is super delecious, I ordered nawabi goat briyani. It served by a robot, I really enjoyed it. I think this one of best briyani i have outside india. It is definitly authentic hydrabadi briyani. If you like authtic briyani, I would highly recommend this place. Free and easy parking, The enviroment is super nice. The palce is clean and amazing friendly people.

Our waitress was extremely helpful in crafting a delicious multicourse meal for our group of 5 colleagues. She set us up to share a variety of street food, entrées and beers.
