Would love to tell you if the food is good but I have never been able to get any food here. You sit at the drive thru and they won't even acknowledge that you are there. They just let you sit there and waste your time. Don't bother ever trying to spend your money here. It's a complete waste of time.

There was a guy working the counter who keep wiping his nose and his sweaty forehead with his hand then touching money, food, cups, all without washing his hands. After taking my order, he kept asking me what my order was so that he could get it together instead of looking on the counter at the receipt. After my burgers were made and bagged he then decided to drop my fries and nuggets in the fryer. When they were actually finished cooking, he put them in the bin and then started using his hands to put them in my container. Luckily, the manager walked out right as he was handing my food so that I could tell her that I was not taking this food. Not with what he touched. Oh, and I forgot to mention that while waiting for my burgers to be made, he walks over to the fry bin grabs a nugget pops it in his mouth and starts walking to the back, chewing it up. I will NEVER be back to this location again, EVER.

Last night, was the only car at the drive thru upon arrival, had to wait to place my order. Then waited over 15 minutes to get food at the window with no explanation or apology for the delay. By that time, there were at least 5 cars waiting behind me. Not the first time this has happened, may think twice about going back. I don't think owner Junior Bridgeman would be happy with this location.
It took a while for someone to answer the drive-thru speaker when we pulled up. We started to think maybe it was broken. Our food was decent, and the employee was pleasant.

I ordered DoorDash and whenever my order came, I started handing out all the food to the people in my household and I noticed that Wendy had my whole order wrong. The chicken sandwich I ordered was burnt and dry and they got all my sandwiches wrong and they missed a couple items I have bought.

Message to corporate. You need to work on your service. We all know Chikfila gets way more customers than you but they manage to get their customers in and out of their line. Funny that as I was texting this I was in line at Wendy’s and I immediately got out of line and went down the street to Chikfila and when I passed by Wendy’s some of the cars were still in line waiting on their food. Absolutely nuts!!!

The food was very hot and fresh and that I quit going for almost 2 years because it was always cold so that was really appreciated the people couldn't have been friendlier oh they did a little talking among themselves but teenagers and young people do that as long as they're not leaving customers hanging and everything doesn't bother me none but I live close to there and I used to go about 5 mi away to get to one that I could eat so whatever you're doing alright whoever you got managing it good jobDietary restrictions: I'm a diabetic. Nobody goes out of the way cater to diabetics
