The workers here need to learn to listen to the customers wishes - asked for a sack of 10 w/ mustard.You'd think a simple enough request but apparently too much for them. As we pulled up to pay, we were asked if mustard on the side is OK ? As they were being handed to us, they said that mustard had been applied. When we got home, we found ketchup instead of mustard. Communication issues or just don't know the difference in condiments. We will NOT return to discover which.

I'm done with this location. The young lady at the did nothing to exemplify the white castle standard. My order was incorrect and I caught nothing but attitude all because the customer in front of me ordered 30 white castle burgers. I ordered 5 1921 burgers white cheese only. I ordered them that way because I didn't want to risk getting the dried up tomatoes and brown wilted lettuce. Guess what, i got it anyway. No worries, i'll just take it off. When I got to the last burger, it was so dry and hard that it put me more in mind of a breakfast sausage patty than a burger. Just Pitiful i tell you. The piss poor service is what sealed the deal for me. Never again!

I ordered in the drive through, there were cars driving away because there was a bit of a wait. I asked for a 30 piece crave case cheese no onions and two chicken sliders. There were onions on all but two burgers and they gave me the wrong receipt.
