I placed an order at 4:30 to have it delivered at 6:30. At 6:46 I tried to call because I still didn't have it. I selected option 3 and it rang and then rang busy. I called back at 6:48. Same thing. At 6:49 I got a text saying my order was turned over to Door Dash and would arrive at 7:26. At 6:50 I called again, I selected option 2, it sent me to the store, it rang a while and then rang busy. At 7:18 I got a text that Door Dash picked up my order and it'd be here at 7:26. At 7:47 I called Pizza Hut to say I still didn't have my order. Same as before. At 7:53 I called again. Same thing. At 7:59 I called Door Dash. He said he didn't speak English. Finally at 8:03 my order showed up, burned, cold, and disgusting looking. It was HORRIBLE.

This is not first time I order, pizza and wings and every time it’s worth more than before and I ordered them because they didn’t deliver to my house for carry out to my car. I tried to call them many times no one answered, and I asked my son who is six years old to go and let them fix the phone And they give him the pizza something hot and he can’t hold it good

Delivered the wrong order. I called the store location and no one would answer the phone for almost an hour. Finally someone answers and I get in touch with the store manager. He says he will refund the order even though all I wanted was the pizza that I had ordered. Given how late it was at this point I acquiesced. However, he lied and the order was not refunded on my card.You're rolling dice ordering from this location; if they mess up you won't be able to contact anyone. If you do manage to contact someone they will lie to you apparently. I'll be contacting my card issuer about a charge back regarding this matter.

I lost a receipt that I needed for work. I called and they searched through backlogs, found the receipt and texted me a picture. That's AWESOME customer service!!

Please don't order from this Pizza Hut. They don't care and have poor service. The last three orders came late because they used door dash and their drivers are poor and unprofessional. The driver called and didn't want to come to my front door. I had to go out and get my order. The pizza was hard and cold. Order from Domino's or Papa John's. They are much better. I'm done with Pizza Hut. They are idiots.

This Pizza Hut at 3610 Springhurst Blvd shocked me with their very unprofessional way of just keeping my money and not putting it back on my card after my order had to be canceled on July 21st. I waited for a few days to see would I get my money back and didn't. It's not about the money as much as it is them not keeping it professional!! With the pizza and tip total I paid $42 for medium meat loverspizza. The fact that I've ordered from them at least 4-5 times in the last month and a half their driver has been blessed with a great tip along with the tip I've given when I pay online needles to say they screwed them from getting the extra $20 tip I give when they delivered my pizza so you're looking at $28-$30 when it's all said and done. Hope you guys learn to do better with how you handle your paying customers in the future!!
