Let me tell you about this little joint. You ever had caines before? Well if you like that then you'll want to throw that in the garbage. You own a KFC franchise? Sell it and invest in Zaxbys. No chicken places compare and Lance was grade A when it came to service. Stop giving your money up for trash chicken. Long live Zaxbys.

Well after sitting in drive-thru for 20 minutes and this was before I ordered, got to the window and paid for my food. Was told to pull up because they was waiting on fresh boneless wings and I said make sure everything is fresh. She said ok. So pulled up to wait another 20 minutes. And when I got home the wings was fresh, hot but my fries was old and cold. I love Zaxby’s but sometimes that service and food can make you change your mind on eating there.

Always fresh and delicious. Had one not so good experience where they didn't put my food on the "online orders" shelf, so by the time I did get it, it had been sitting out for half an hour. Still delicious though.
I spent over 50$ for 5 peoples dinner and none of it was edible. Absolutely disgusting and we got 0 sauce for any of our food. I can't believe you serve food like this to people.. we will never eat here again..
The salads here are so good. They are huge and more than I can eat. The lettuce is always crisp, and the ingredients are fresh. Highly recommend.

We usually go through the drive through of this Zaxbys and have never had a problem. Our order is always correct and we get it in a timely manner.This time was no different, the only reason for one less star was the toast was awful in taste. I took a bite of it and it almost tasted chemical-like. I wondered if I was loosing taste, made my husband who eats everything try it and he said it was also gross. The toast went straight to the trash, which really sucks because it's one of my favorite parts about the meal!Everything besides that was good though!

Love Zaxby's. We eat out alot and you can let your points add up plus you get a survey on your receipt to buy one get one free Big Zak Snack. Definitely can't beat that. Food is always cooked well and steaming hot.
