Update: Everything was perfect, till the new shrimp came out. I ordered it today and I got 6 pieces for $10 and the fries were soggy. Everything was fine just a few weeks ago...

We went to zaxby’s today because of terrible customer service at Jack in the box across the street. The girl at the counter could’ve been a little nicer, but other than that, the food was really good, you can actually eat in the dining room, (unlike Jack in the box) who’s doors were locked at noon on a Saturday!
Was told on the phone by a female they don’t place ToGo (pick up) orders. I dont feel like that’s true

There was maybe one tender worth of chicken in my salad. Their ranch dressing had zero flavor. The few employees in the place were very focused on pick-up orders, GrubHub, etc. Not paying much attention to the customers who actually showed up to patronize their establishment. The place could also stand a good cleaning.

The girl that was handling money in the drive-thru got our orders backward. Then the girl at the window was snotty when we asked for extra ranch. You would think she was paying for it by the way she acted. I don't mind paying extra for sauces. But train your people to at least be kind when someone asks for it.
