“Excellent pizza and fairly good service. Not the most friendly of people working the counter when I've visited, but certainly not rude. The atmosphere is definitely old school pizza joints from back in the day. Definitely a must visit for this side of town. Get their Big Gripp Pizza!“
“Positives: Food was awesome and they had plenty of options. Our waiter suggested doing half/half pizzas and they were helpful with trying different options. Negatives: The parking lot and waiting area are small. Everything is super cramped and I'd recommend taking a small group and car to go here.“
“To be honest you can only get the best pizza in Dewis. It's a little pricey but good things comes at a price. Till date I have never been let down by their quality of pizza and food as such. The servers are also friendly and courteteous. If you really want to taste some great pizzas please do visit Dewis. ?“
“My boyfriend and I are visiting from Louisville, we stopped here for a late lunch today. The staff is super friendly and so is the owner! The food is amazing! I have family on my mothers side that are from Italy and it just took me back to when I was a kid eating my grandmothers food!!! If you are visiting or live in this area you definitely need to stop by!“
“Finally got to try out this Florence staple on a Friday evening. Meatballs were excellent and this alone would bring us back. The pizza was tasty. I wouldn’t classify the style as New York but a close cheesy cousin. We liked the dated interior which is reminiscent of an earlier time. In our opinion, the only drawback was a very obnoxiously loud group that that clearly had been drinking for a long time. When checking out, the cashier gave us the pro tip that the sister establishment, next door, served the same food and was quieter.“
“The location of this place is unique, literally in the heart of downtown. It’s a little compact, but all the food we had was excellent and still plenty to explore in future visits. Braised lamb in particular was excellent, if a little rich, but balanced well with the Honeymoon (Greek) salad.“
“Rosie’s is everything you want in an Italian restaurant. The staff is attentive and friendly, the atmosphere is energetically charged but still cozy, and the food - omg - the food! The carbonara is unbelievably delicious and the chicken Parmesan is incredible. If you want an all- around impressive dining experience, make a reservation at Rosie’s.“
“It was great as usual. Great place for a birthday party etc, for adults. Wouldn't recommend bringing young kids. It is a bar/brewery. In addition, they actually responded to my review?! Amazing! Kind of place you want to spend your money at.“
“One of the best places to go for dinner in the Cincinnati area. Great service, pasta is incredible, and I highly recommend the braised short rib. Good options for vegetarians also. Only slight down side is the dining area feels congested wrt how close tables are to each other.“
“Very nice employees, it was my 1st time there and I will be back.Vegetarian options: You can't go wrong here it's GREAT!!!Kid-friendliness: We had 6 adults and 1 infant, plenty of room.Parking: The close parking lot was great!!! You can park up front AND the side. Great & Easy!!!Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp is there/visible and good condition“
“Good Dewey’s location. They are really fast w consistent great service. My biggest thing about Dewey’s is even in prime tomato season they have the worst looking tomato’s on the pizza. I wish Dewey’s would locally source and use what’s in season when possible, it would be 10x better =).Take out is super easy - pull up in a marked spot, text the number, they bring out your food!“
“My wife and I had dinner here on a Friday evening. Amazing atmosphere, service, and food.We had the brussels sprouts, pizza, steak, Caesar salad, and pasta. I couldn’t find a negative thing to say about any of the courses. They were all amazing!Beyond the food, the service was spectacular. Dena, our server made us feel extremely welcome and taken care of. One of the kindest servers we’ve ever had. Also, Michael, the supervisor stopped by to make sure everything was to our liking. We were commenting on the beautiful architecture, and he gave us a brief history lesson of the Lytle Hotel. He made sure our night was seamless and special. We will be back 100% and are happy to have found this Cincinnati gem!“
“Cork n crust was delightful ! Our server Brandlynn Was excellent! The food was delicious! The wine pairing was great ! We also had the Sicilian Sunset and the Old Fashion which was top notch ! How wonderful it was to have such a large vegan selection ! We are a big fan of Mad Cheese and its makers ! Thank you so very much for including it on your menu ! We will definitely return soon! Thank you !“
“Love the vibe here! Pizzas were great (we each ordered a 9” and it was the perfect amount of food. I also got a small Greek salad - yum!Not a ton of draft beer options, but the ones they did have were great. You order everything at the bar and then take a seat. Runners come around frequently to bring food out and take away used dishes. It can get a little loud in the room when full, but we liked the style of the place.Parking: We had no issues. Lots of options up and down street.Kid-friendliness: Kids - no problem, but don’t let them run around. Too small of a place for that.“
“LaRosa's has the best pizza menu in Northern Kentucky. We wanted to order a pizza, $20+ instead we ordered (2) calzones and one Steak hoagie, all of them were so good, hot, cheesy, pizza sauce was awesome ?. $24.Come join us @LaRosa's Tri- Fecta, off Taylor Mill Rd, Ky.. The carry out staff were pleasant, they quickly had my online order ready. I would recommend LaRosa's Pizza to any pizza ? lover. They had a great coupon for our meal, downloaded LaRosa's app.Parking: Easy to get in and out.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of room to maneuver, doors open wide.“
“Came here for the first time and found a new favorite! Brandy was our waitress and her attitude, promptness and care was beyond expectations. The food was quick, hot and delicious! We ordered cheese curds, preztels sticks and a pepperoni pizza, all which had amazing flavors! Can't wait to come back again!“
“This La Rosa’s location was great. I came here with my fiancé and his family. It had great food, great service, and the restaurant had been recently renovated so it had a nice modern feel to it.Our server was the sweetest lady. She brought all of our pizzas (impressively balanced on her arms) at once, and the pizzas were delicious and piping hot! We also got the garlic bread as a shareable side. I got the classic pepperoni, and it perfectly satisfied my pizza cravings. My fiancé got their Meat Lovers pizza, and he also enjoyed it!I recommend coming here for a quick, delicious and casual lunch or dinner.Vegetarian options: They have some vegetarian pizza options. You are also able to construct your own pizza from scratch and make it vegetarian.Parking: This location has its own parking lot.Kid-friendliness: Pizza… need I say more?“
“It was a great experience. The atmosphere was wonderful and great for the family. The food was great, and the service was prompt. I love to support the small town restaurant owners, and this restaurant did a fabulous job, making this feel welcome. What definitely recommended for a date night or a quiet evening dinner?“
“It was a nice place to stop in for lunch. The service was good and quick. The food was delicious.Kid-friendliness: The kids enjoyed watching the pizza making process. They even went to watch after we ordered while we waited for our food to arrive at the table.“
“DELICIOUS FOOD! FRIENDLY STAFF! The only downside of this place is that it does feel a little crowded on the inside and tables can fill up quickly.Parking: Parking is available in the front and the rear. There a total of 35 spots with two of those being designated for handicap parking.“
“Wow, talk about an amazing place!!! The food is fantastic and if you have ever been, you know the inside ordering area is tiny. So, to give space for others, I stepped out to wait on my order. The staff is 2nd to none. Young man brought the food out the door to me! I was SO glad at that moment I had tipped BEFORE getting such great service. ? THANKS“
“010624 - I was here for a private party, about 30 people I guess. This was my 1st time & when I looked at the menu online I really wasn't thrilled about going. Well, I was wrong, everything was fantastic. We had meatballs, cheezy flat bread, pizza & wings, all were great. The service was slow, but, I think there was only 1 young lady serving our group. I'm not sure if she had other guests as well. Drink prices are very high in my opinion. A tall mich ultra draft is $6.50, a 12 oz yuengling was $6. Parking is also a problem, very limited & tight. Most of the employees were friendly. After everything, bottom line, I would go back.“
“Absolutely love the pizza! Love the staff! Worth driving to this place. They really care about the pizza they put out. Only thing is, I wish they had indoor dinning. That would catapult this business to the next level! This place should have a line around the block and they know it...“
“Every city has its greasy fun late night place (i.e. Dimos or Pizza Metro in Chicago) with huge slices but the quality is definitely here for sure. There will be a line at night but at day the food is great.Parking: Not a lot of spots but all roadside.Kid-friendliness: Definitely cool with kids during their early hours. Gets pretty rowdy given they have their own bar past a certain hour though.“
“Excellent service and good food at The Gruff. We had a big party, called ahead and they were ready for us. The food came out quick and hot. Everyone thought food was good and that they were reasonable prices. I’ll go back to try the dill pickle pizza next time.“
“15 years ago a new pizza shop quietly opened its doors on the corner of 6th & Monmouth St in Newport, Ky. With the idea of a community based menu, prime selection of local craft beer and a never ending committed quality craftsmanship with fine premium ingredients Newport pizza company has continued to hold its reputation solidly as " We are home " great staff, fantastic food & drink, quality committed in a quaint clean homestyle home-based business.“
“First time stopped this year after Festival of Lights at the Zoo to pick up a take out order. Late 8 o'clock one hour before closing around 12/21 the holiday season. Late in the evening and holiday season the Staff were still super friendly and chatty in a neighborly way. Friend from DC area with is asked to watch the Caps hockey game, order take out, had some drinks. bartender went to a lot of effort to track it down. Took home a detroit style pepperoni. Everyone loved it. Friend from DC remarked if he lived in that Neighborhood he'd be dropping a lot of coin and spending a lot of time in Taglios :)Parking: City parking. Across the street and within close walking distance Reasonably priced pay for lots and free street parking in some areas.“
“Fresh pizza and great service. I ordered on the phone for pickup. The person I talked to was very pleasant and respectful. She made me actually feel like I was an important customer. The promised time until the pizza was ready was spot on. I recommend Dewey’s.“
“Went on 2/10/24. We had a blast. The service was great, the food out of this world, and the atmosphere welcoming. I got the chicken wrap, and it never disappoints. My husband got the calzone, and loved it.We were laughing a LOT but the servers were nice about it. We were having a great time.We are from central Kentucky and go to Newport a couple times a year for a getaway.Stop in and get yourself some great food and great service!“
“Seated in cozy & comfortable back room with a beautiful mural wall of Venice.I ordered Lasagna & my mother ordered salmon. Absolutely delicious, cooked to perfection, brought out hot from the kitchen. The food equals what I tasted in Italy. And definitely try the Tiramisu!“
“Did a trivia night and was definitely a success. Nice little brewery with good food and good drinks. Service was nice and fast and most workers had a smile on there face. Definitely looking forward to going back and doing another trivia night with my coworkers“
“Excellent pizza, huge pieces. I had a banana pepper and red pepper slice, and their Marti Gras Pizza and it was amazing. I also had a bread stick that was the size of a small baseball bat and was the length from my elbow to my middle finger. I had cheese sauce and garlic butter with it. The inside is a little tight as you walk in and order then move to the bar/lounge upstairs to relax, sit and eat. The bartender was extremely nice and asked me if I needed anything multiple times as I was only eating and not drinking. He still checked on me to make sure I was good with everything. I do not drink anymore, but they had a massive beer selection with local and niche beer. They had a very large bourbon selection that was visible also. Great place, totally recommend it.Vegetarian options: Veggie pizza availableParking: Very busy location/neighborhood. Lots of commercial businesses and parking is tough.Wheelchair accessibility: Not accessible from what I observed.“
“You get plenty of food for your money! I ordered spaghetti with meatballs dinner. It came with 2 bread sticks, and a salad. I had enough spaghetti and salad for two people! I like a lot of spaghetti sauce and it was a little dry for my taste. Next time I will order extra extra sauce! I definitely recommend this place!“
“The vegan mac n cheese was awesome. The person behind the counter was very nice. We would have eaten there but their dining room was getting remodeled.Vegetarian options: Great vegetarian options.Parking: We parked illegally the apartment lot next door.“
“Probably the third best NY style pizza in Cincinnati. The sauce and crust were both very good! Cheese was ok and I thought there was a bit too much garlic, but that’s just a personal preference. The biggest downside is the price - $28 for an 18inch margherita is a bit steep, especially compared to the competition. Overall though it was a solid pie - will be back to try their Detroit style pepperoni + hot honey, which seems to be their signature.“
“Everyone here was really nice, from the hostess to the bartender to our server. Good beer selection, the food was top notch (the short-rib grilled cheese was delicious, the salads were really fresh and very good, and the truffle tots were amazing!), and the view was fantastic! Couldn't recommend this place more!!“
“Food was good. Staff was friendly. However the place was a mess. I was not happy how dirty things looked. We got there about 8 pm. The sauce bottles looked so gross I wouldn't touch them. The tables were dirty. The walls were dirty. The glass sneeze guard need a good cleaning as well. The pizza was good though. They need a staff member just to clean.“
“I love LaRosa's! This is a small LaRosa's and it was packed the night I was there. It still delivered!!! Good food, service (I think that server lives there - she's good!) . . . not much on 'atmosphere' but I don't go there for that. Since I moved to Tennessee I have to get my 'fix' every time I come back to Cincinnati and eat at LaRosa's!!!“
“Went for a fun night on cinco de mayo. Drinks were really good, enough staff to run the bars and great music! They had a taco company in the back with amazing food at fair prices considering it was an event night. Plenty of chairs and tables outside to relax.“
“A+++!!!!Great food! Great service! Wonderful! Always order a large pizza, with pepperoni, sausage and sliced tomatoes. Always perfect!Been going to this (Dent) location since I moved away from Norwood.Accidentally ordered food right before closing. They stayed a few minutes after for me to pick up the pizza. Very kind! I wasn’t aware of the hours, that was my mistake. Thanks for going above and beyond!“
“Best cauliflower crust pizza in the city. I am gluten intolerant so this has been a game changer for me and I really appreciate the item being in the menu for people like me who just want to eat some good pizza without getting sick! Thank you!!“
“I dig a gyro it use to be all men and there ora was no instructions until they understood the assignment and added a female me personally I like my gyro separate so I try not to make waves , but I still need to know who's meat is that? If it's a combination GOOD JOB but who's and why? and if it's on a Spit why do you slice it and cook it MORE ?“
“Alpha's stepped into Florence 6+years ago with 4 things,.. Dedication to Family, Community, Quality & Service. Alpha's is the forefront example of what a hometown pizzeria is about. A traditional, focused family owned staple that has its own signature tasting pizzas and food you know can only be Alpha's Hometown Pizza & Pasta. Friendly and knowledgeable in a clean and organized environment guarantees success.“
“It was our first time eating here and we ordered The Sheisty for carryout. It is really, really good pizza.New York style crust is typically not my preferred style of crust, but wow, the flavors on the Sheisty make up for my subjective crust preference (which is New Haven style). This has to be a top pizza joint in Cincy, so I’m glad it’s in our neighborhood.Vegetarian options: Pizza: Garden of Eden, Bianco, and Four the love. Plus additional toppings to Create Your Own.Others: Garlic Knots, Cheesecake, CannoliParking: Yes, finding street parking in Mt Adams can be difficult, but there is a parking garage 2 blocks away (for $5).Wheelchair accessibility: Street-level entrance with a wide entry. The internal seating is not a large area, but the tables and chairs can be easily rearranged to accommodate.“
“Best Pizza in Cincinnati by far. Have tried many places since moving here a few months ago. The quality of dishes and flavor of the food is really excellent. We can't get enough! The Deep Dish pizza is truly amazing. The chicken chamwiches here are also fantastic, well made, and everything is always so fresh, can't say enough.“
“Went to get a pizza to-go before redsfest and the owner was taking our order training a new employee and helping out at the restaurant. Very nice guy talking to us, recommending food choices and great customer service overall. Not to mention the food was hot and delicious when we got back to hotel. Job well done by the whole place, staff and cooks. Keep up the good work!Parking: Plenty of parking around the back of the building.“
“Omg I entered thru the wrong door but to my surprise it wasn't a big deal they had the warmest welcome I've gotten in a long time and not like Moe's where they shout without looking up these kind down to earth people made me feel like I was part of there team. Even joked about me just working there since I entered where the drivers do. Lol!! Loved it!“
“First time here. The pizza! The cheese, the sauce, the grease! Just the right amount of grease, that you're looking for. Omg! I'm now addicted. I'm already craving more. You know when you eat something that's good your body will crave it. That's how Noce's pizza is. A slice of heaven.“
“There is no doubt in my mind that my call to order my son's personal pizza was one of the most confusing they have ever received. I ordered it with green peppers, pepperoni and onions then in the middle of the call I wasn't sure if that was what he wanted on his pizza. After a few moments of talking to myself I told her that I would have to call back after I asked my son again. It was only a few minutes before I called back and I gave his name and said that I needed a cheese personal pizza. I was about 5 minutes away when I placed my order. I was greeted when I walked in the door and before I was done paying they were handing me my son's cheese pizza. Super friendly people. Rather refreshing compared to quite a few of the workers at restaurants these days....“
“My name is John Maxwell and I wanted to take the time to express how appreciative I am that Thomas is the store manager at this location, I ordered a pizza, paid for the pizza and the system automatically brought me to another store location. I was becoming overwhelmed due to nobody knew where the order was placed. Even though I did not place this order at Thomas store location. He went absolutely above and beyond to make sure he identified the location of the Pizza I ordered. I genuinely wish I was within his delivery radius so I can order from his location only. It’s very rare to find someone who genuinely cares and want to help. he did not have to do what he did & even go above to asking his supervisor To help me locate this pizza. I haven’t eaten since 3 AM today and it’s 10:41pm now. This was going to be the first thing I’ve eaten today it may have been only $24 But to me this was a big deal since this was the first thing I was going to consume today. Thank you again Thomas. I wish you absolute success!“
