Our visit was in the drive thru. The food was quick and tasted great. The service was less than friendly. It was like the lady was mad at the world and she seemed put out that she actually had to wait on us.
I love Arby's but this particular store the staff are rude the fry's were cold and tasted like they were cooked in old oil the sandwich I got looked like it was just thrown together there was no pride in there

The woman at drive-thru was quite rude. And they shorted us part of our order. But- I did call and the assistant manager was very polite and offered to give us a replacement meal the next time we come in.
