Put in an order for curbside. I showed up at the correct time and put in my umber and vehicle. I waited about 15 minutes then tried to call. No one answered. Went in to check on the food and I asked the hostess. She said if it was ready it would be on a shelf. There it sat. The worker handed it to me and didn’t say sorry or apologize. I’m very kind and forgiving but it was not a good experience. And the food was cold by the time I finally got it.

The Carolina BBQ was awful. It's good, but not for tenders. Would've been better as a salad dressing vs. Drizzling it on the tenders and serving with more golden garbage sauce, pardon me BBQ. The atmosphere was identical to the rest of the brand, bland, oversold, and outta date. We're all better off just making their menu at home ourselves.

The service and the food was good just needed to be a little hotter
Ordered at 1pm for pickup at 415pm didn’t get our food until almost 5pm. So it was 45 minutes late, got home to eat around 530 to 545pm. I got the grilled chicken tenders and they had a weird taste to them. Now I’ve been sick most of last night and today.

Enjoyed the trout, turnip greens, mac 'n cheese, with cornbread and iced tea. Fire in the fireplace, fast and friendly service. My first dining experience in the Madisonville location.

I had to chicken dinner. I received a leg of breasts and a wing. But the table next to me. They received 2 giant breast and a leg and wingThe chicken itself wasn't very good anyways. After complaining, the manager did bring me my fourth piece of chicken.will not be
