We just stopped in here holy cow what a joy it was to sit in here listening to the manager yelling at everyone cause everyone is back there spaced out. You got 2 workers on the side one is sleep on the table nodding off the others eating then throws her trash away and sticks her hands down in her pants and then walks to the back of the restaurant. Please just burn this place down and start over too many Methicas working

I'm the only car in the drive-thruordered 12 mins before I showed up, they opened up 45 ago and can't have just 2 breakfast sandwiches ready in under 20 mins? And you ask me to pull forward so ur times don't look terrible like they really are. Get ur stuff together McDonald workers. If it takes u 20 mins to heat everything that comes frozen then I'd rather get it freshly cook from anywhere else for the same time and not much more money.

400 miles from home, this was much nicer than my local one. Play place was very cool. Kids loved it. Our is very basic in comparison. The food was good. Tastes the same, but it was put together better with a lot more toppings.Kid-friendliness: Play place was awesome

I went in and ordered a 10 piece mcnugget meal, small caramel frappe, and a quarter pounder meal on the kiosk. There is a screen that shows when orders are being prepared and when they are completed. I noticed the person clear the 2 orders that just came in which included mine. The place was busy. I waited for 30 minutes giving them the benefit of the doubt because how busy they were. After 30 minutes I went to the cash register and asked about my order. The person asked if I ordered at the register or at the kiosk. I told her at the kiosk. She immediately said they have no control over the kiosk orders. She told me that they aren't seeing any orders from the kiosk. The app showed my order and the screen said it was completed. I told her that and she immediately walked back into the kitchen asking if anyone had my order. She walked back and again reiterated that the order never showed up. Eventually she said she'll take a picture of my receipt and make the order. She then informed me that they can't make the frappe. I asked why was it available in the kiosk and she told me the 2 don't correlate to each other. She said she could make me a caramel macchiato instead and I said that was fine. She brought out a mocha instead. I thought they were going to immediately make my order since I'd been waiting for over 30 minutes at this point. I didn't get my order for another 25 minutes. At this point I had waiting for almost an hour. I received my order and went to my car and noticed I was missing a large fry. I went back in and waited another 4 minutes. I'm not sure what the disconnect was here but this was one of the worst visits I've ever had here. The workers also acted like it was my fault because they lost my order. I didn't get compensated for waiting over an hour either. I would have asked for my money back cut I was told they couldn't do that because I ordered on the kiosk. Please do better.

Went through the drive-through to get a couple of egg mcmuffins. The place was not very busy. Had to pull over in a parking spot to wait for my food. Eight minutes later, I received my food. There were no napkins in the bag, so I had to get out of the car anyways and go in to get some. Got back in the car and started down the road. I opened my food to it it. It wasn't very warm and didn't even taste very fresh. I very seldom go to a McDonald's and this is part of the reason why.

Had a party in the play area, and everything was wonderful, but the food tasted different. It's horrible! My husband and I had dbl cheese burgers and we couldn't get home quick enough after because we both had stomach aches. AND the shake machine was down. AGAIN! The fries are 1 molecule away from plastic! They used to be my favorite but I'm afraid I will break my teeth on them. ?
