Both food and service were excellent. Server never let drinks go empty and food was super fresh and hot with a party of 6. The fajita steak was amazingly tender. I've never had Mexican steak that tender. Also the cheese dip is great, which they put on a lot of their food. Strongly recommend.

When we ate here 15yrs ago, it was #9 Steakhouse and had a coal miner theme. Looks like they kept the theme and part of the name and just added great Mexican food. The food was exceptional by normal Mexican restaurant standards and the service was great as well. We will definitely be back and try new items!

We went on Sunday afternoon for lunch. We had 9 people in our party, 2 kids under 3 and a 12 year old. The wait staff was awesome. Super nice, fast, considerate. The food was as good or better than any Mexican restaurant around. I would like come back and try it during the evenings because lunch was so great ?

This was the second time we’ve gotten food . . So glad we thought of it because I just sometimes forget about this tucked away place!! Absolutely the best steaks in Madisonville! AND for $40??We bought 2 Ribeye Steak Dinners With 2 Sides - Cooked Beautifully!!HUGE Portions! I went with my family for Christmas and this was my first time and all I have to say is the food was good ,but the attitude of some of the workers needs some help and my leg got stuck to gum at the back of the seat and when I told the server what happened and showed him a picture he said oh, I said it just ruined my pants and all he said was, well it ruined my seat...not even a sorry. Thats nasty! I'll have to think about going back.
