I go to subway pretty often, but when you put the cover over the meat, it takes away the view of my food being made and just makes me uncomfortable. I wish you would make the cover clear or removable.Wheelchair accessibility: Think you should make area in front of door a little larger.

Honestly, Subways are overrated, especially charging as much as they do for a sub I can get a full nice dinner for some of their prices seriously ? and the majority of the time there's more bread than anything. Definitely not worth it no more, pretty much only for cravings maybe ?‍♀️

I want to Subway in Madisonville Kentucky on main Street and got an Italian 12 inch sandwich it was so good and fresh. It was so good I wanted maybe tomorrow lol.

Do not eat here the back of house is disgusting walkin where deli is kept is completely covered in mold there’s two more locations in Madisonville and one in Hanson just go elsewhere

i have been through this subway multiple times and something has always gone wrong and i have ended up having to pull away so i'm not rude and do my business elsewhere. but this time visiting was just absolutely ridiculous. the lady who took orders at the window was yelling and very rude. she acted like she was new and had no idea what was going on. she got our orders wrong the first time. then told us they burnt our sandwich so we had to wait for a new one, okay thats fine. when we go to pay she only rings up one order, i correct her because $7 and some change for two sandwiches and a drink sounds way off. she argues with me. okay whatever. i ask for my second sandwich after paying, she tells me i only ordered one, but i spent 5 minutes in the drive through specifically telling her how i wanted this one sandwich. everyone around her is just watching as she messes up sliding the card and putting things into the system and they never spoke up to help her. she then begins to hand out my second sandwich, impatiently and says "here, i hope its right". i found that comment super disrespectful since its their job to make sure the food i had go argue to pay for is made the right way. this subway needs needs someone to step in and show this team how to properly handle these situations and a rundown of how to talk to customers! better training would help too since every one done their own things and nobody worked as a team. do better!
