Sat in drive thru for 5 minutes with no response so went in. Two employees and one customer in there. No one greeted me or even acknowledged me. I stood there another 5 min while they pretended I wasn’t there and started answering drive thru once done with the customer inside. I asked why they were ignoring me and they just looked at me and STILL didnt say anything to me. I left and went to the one by kroger. Had my food in 5 min. I’ll never go back to this one just ridiculous

I was not satisfied at all I just came threw to get a pizza sub and they put everything that a pizza doesn’t have on it and now they won’t answer the phone and I’m 7 months pregnant very hungry and now have nothing to eat so yeah thanks for making me pay for something I can’t even

My Sandwich was cold and I ordered extra meat which I did not get on my Sandwich I do not Recommend going through the drive through IRecommend you watch them make your Sandwich. Also several times I have been there they were always out of something.

This subway was delicious and the 3 employees were cheerful and fun. We ordered our normal meals (Italian subs) and they were just as expected, scrumptious. The bathrooms were spotless, and the soda flavor was spot-on.

Got there 25 minutes before closing and was told that they hadn't had any customers for a couple of hours so they were closed. I think any business should stay open until closing time.
Soup was cold and the employees didn't seem to care and were slow when they had no one in there or in the drive

Placed online order everything was right on receipt. But one sandwich was not made properly. Plus they forgot my birthday

The lady who took my order in the drive thru was really rude. I told her what I wanted and she just shoved it off and said she didn’t know what I was talking about. So I had to repeat myself three more times, then when I got to the window she took my card she slammed the window in my face. I finally got my my card back then I waited about ten minutes for my food.
